State farm,as, a company stood behind them every step of the way, through my father's passing in 1985, n unfortunately a untimely loss of mom jus recently! As I sit here n compose this entry, I'm baffled by another review of MR Moore n his agency ! Because my family never had the pleasure of meeting "that" man! The person we have dealt with over the years, is somewhat, cold n distant! I can't ever remember anytime he took to reach out to mom, unless it involved her policy to tell her it was going up! Personable and caring, we've never seen that, quite frankly he has the personality of a brick, to b has nice as I can! Totally compassionate, hum, we never got a card, a phone call, a flower nothing when mom passed! Not even I'm sorry! I certainly wouldn't label that type of behavior totally compassionate! All he did was take our money n that's it! I can remember several phone calls mother made when her premiums continued to rise, n his response was, "it's the company" I don't have any control over it, without even lifting a finger n trying to make a call n fight for mom! Keep n mind over those fifty years, their payments were made on time, if not early, Not once did they submit a late payment, n this is the thanks they got! I hardly call that stellar service! I have been fighting with them for over a year in regards to damage from Hurricane Helene. I did not receive any information or response when I would attempt to email or call him. When I put in another claim due to theft, I received a letter stating that my insurance is not being renewed as my policy basically doesn't have me paying enough to cover my claims. I have had 3 contractors attempt to fight for me to get the claim covered from the damage from Helene and have been falling on deaf ears. They will be as kind as possible over the phone but they clearly do not care about service members, veterans, or their families. Save yourself the disappointment and find another insurance company.
