I have been with Patrick Gray State Farm Agency since 2009 and the customer service I continuously receive goes 'Above and Beyond' the call of duty in Customer Service and Efficiency. Whenever I have an inquiry regarding my insurance Wendy is always there to assist me and keeps me abreast with the status of my policies. She also responds to emails promptly within the same day, and follow through with every request. I enjoy the personalized service I receive because it's like having a one shop stop for all of my insurance policies; auto, life, etc., and when I call the agency I know that I'll be assisted by Wendy or Bria. When I used to be with other insurance companies I'd have to dial an 800 number and speak to different representatives and the level of sincerity regarding my concern wasn't nearly as effective as having one State Farm Agency you can call for all of your insurance needs. Because my roof is right at the 20 year mark, there aren't many places that will write a new policy. Liz did her due diligence to contact the county for permit records and reached out to several insurance companies to see if anyone would work with me. She did find one company, but that policy was a little more expensive with a little less coverage than my current one, so I've opted not to switch carriers.
