I have been with Patrick Gray State Farm Agency since 2009 and the customer service I continuously receive goes 'Above and Beyond' the call of duty in Customer Service and Efficiency. Whenever I have an inquiry regarding my insurance Wendy is always there to assist me and keeps me abreast with the status of my policies. She also responds to emails promptly within the same day, and follow through with every request. I enjoy the personalized service I receive because it's like having a one shop stop for all of my insurance policies; auto, life, etc., and when I call the agency I know that I'll be assisted by Wendy or Bria. When I used to be with other insurance companies I'd have to dial an 800 number and speak to different representatives and the level of sincerity regarding my concern wasn't nearly as effective as having one State Farm Agency you can call for all of your insurance needs. "Will I ever switch to another insurance company? Absolutely Not! Patrick Gray State Farm Agency is the Best!"

Because my roof is right at the 20 year mark, there aren't many places that will write a new policy. Liz did her due diligence to contact the county for permit records and reached out to several insurance companies to see if anyone would work with me. She did find one company, but that policy was a little more expensive with a little less coverage than my current one, so I've opted not to switch carriers. While I wasn't able to give Liz my business this time around, when I do get a new roof (ugh!) and shop for a new policy again, she will be my first call. Her responsiveness and level of customer services were both excellent!

No. We thought that by using Brightway as an insurance broker we would experience better customer service since most large companies are now fully automated. We were sadly mistaken. After 2 years of being with Brightway, we found we did just as much work as if we were on our own. I had to follow up to ensure we received all discounts, and still got the run around with automated messages and voicemail. On the rare occasion that we were able to connect with Ryan, our Brightway representative, we always felt as though we were bothering him mid snack or something. We received a letter from our insurance carrier that we needed to reach out to Brightway as they were no longer authorized to broker for them... hmmm. We never heard from Brightway, so we found our own insurance online and cancelled Brightway after 30 min of transferring to incorrect depts, telling us we could do it online, couldn't find it, so after a big sigh, the female customer sales rep finally says she'll take care of it on her end.. Lackadaisical customer service, nothing special.
