When my initial policy was totally wrong, the 800 number gave me someone in Andrea, CA and she took care of my policy immediately. Today, after finding out I had no insurance, I happened to get a CA person on the 800 number who said he would fix the autopsy and at a discount rate because of the not so intelligent folks by Walmart, Harbor Gateway. I am finding out that Yelp may not be the best way to go and that the people who work at the establishment might be the ones giving the reviews. Had a super misleading ratings with dentists! So when it came time to renew our auto & homeowners we compared prices and he was able to save us another $900 per year from our previous Insurance Company with more over all coverage for our home which is so important. Eric is so honest and up front and definitely will look after your best interest without trying to push un-neccessary coverage. I am an uber driver and was worried I was in the grey zone while driving (AAA could decline repairs based on ride sharing). I heard about Vanessa and Farmers coverage from another uber driver. I called her and I am saving $200 a month, and I'm now fully covered while driving for uber (commercial coverage). Vanessa got me the same coverage limits for 60% of the cost!
