Having occasionally dealt with James Henningan, Jr., on professional basis I quizzed him on his agency. I let him know that I wasn't the world's best driver and that I had had more than a few unpleasant experiences with other agencies. He listened, explained how his agency operated, said "Try us," and said that I'd see immediate savings. My first bill was 12 percent lower than with my previous agency! That was 14 years ago. Let's see...4 accidents, a couple of frantic last-minute calls and four cars later I've found the service provided by Hennigan to be fast, professional, informative, and customer focused. What I've been most impressed with is the time and patience they've taken in reviewing my needs and educating me on how I can tailor a policy that meets those needs without adding on a lot of extras. Over time they've also pointed me in the direction of less costly alternatives to services available at work or from other providers.
