    the contractors Larry Lopez (claims rep) hired were terrible, Centex. they don't have a level,…read morethings were put in wrong. they didn't finish all the work. they used my things - a Step stool I inherited from my dad and broke it, they used my lighting and broke it, aren't they supposed to use their own equipment? they broke a table my deceased husband made for me. they lost or destroyed $6k+ of property and don't intend on reimbursement. they did another huge water damage while I was in the hospital. I don't want them back in my home. all they do is destroy my things. Pinnacle boxed up my items destroyed over $5k. their answer - wrote me a check for $250! it cost me so much for homeowners insurance. I asked they make a resting space for me according to the American Disability Act. they didn't, two weeks later I was in the hospital for 50 day. I'm now under hospice care. I'm not well enough to pursue a law suit. they should pay for all the damage, physical, emotional, and property. when I asked Carolyn Posey pres of Liberty Mutual do they help those in need (like myself w a disability) she never answered. I'm assuming Liberty Mutual only cares about the structure they are repairing not the people.

After much back-and-forth, she sent me to a sketchy joint. Dropping off my car led to misplaced files, wrong names, miscommunications and misinformation. The repair process was ridiculous, I requested copies of photographic documentation of the damage ( as I always do) - and again no one gave a crap. After picking up my car from the sketchy joint, my car shut down in the middle of the road. Liberty Mutual lied and blamed the malfunction on a pre-existing issue. I wrestled for over a month with this uncooperative insurance company and its fleet of racists for over a month. I was like f it and I paid to tow BMW, ready to pay out of pocket - then my car was mysteriously stolen. If I could find one ounce of proof of their involvement, I was sue their heads all the way off.

I decided to do some more searching on my own and found statefarm to be cheaper and have more coverage. We changed coverage to statefarm. The statefarm agent asked them to cancel our service. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

She asked questions to understand my situation and what I needed. What separates her from the other brokers is she offers advice to help you make a good choice and think about scenarios you may fail to consider. I also liked that the suite of providers she works with are reputable versus some brokers who may get you lower quotes but with companies that have poor consumer reports when that time comes to put in a claim. I trust her with my future needs because of my experience with her customer service. 1. Listens well 2.Offers solutions not just barriers 3.Proactively follows up 4.
