A few days ago my car overheated and my vehicle stalled while driving. I contacted road side assistance which was unable to locate a tow truck. After an hour I called back and they gave me the run around and told me that they don't usually know when the tow truck company declines or accepts the tow, they just move on to the next call. I then received a text message 30 mins later saying that my tow would be there in a whole hour. I cancelled and sought help elsewhere. I asked for refund! I called State Farm to complain about this matter and asked to be called back by Marty Oneill or assistant. After two days I received no call back so I called and spoke to Marty and told him I wanted to change agents and his attitude was very cavalier so I asked, "is there a reason why I didn't receive a call back?" and his response was, "What do you want me to say to you? I'll send you the 1-800 number so you can locate another agent." After 4 years, it was time for a new agent. Stay away! There's no need to spend money for this level of unprofessionalism.
