We did--in November. Guess what? Nothing happened. In April 2025, I walked into their office and hand-delivered the docs directly to Carol at 4:36 PM. Did that fix it? Of course not. They continued to do absolutely NOTHING. Finally, in June 2025, after 11 MONTHS of begging for action, I demanded resolution. And THEN--get this--they called me... even though the written instructions clearly stated "Do NOT call". That was the final test. And they failed. Spectacularly. But thank you, truly. Because your gross negligence finally pushed me to compare rates. And guess what? I got WAY better coverage through Amica for hundreds less per year. All because of your 11-month performance art piece called "How to Ignore a Customer." So yes--this agency earned every bit of this review. If you're reading this because you're considering them? Don't. Just don't. There are hundreds of offices who understand what "customer service" actually means. This place? It's the Starkiller Base of Insurance Failures. And I just pushed the button.

I needed battery service today and as usual AAA did an excellent job of sending out a…read moreknowledgeable, polite, and professional guy (Justin). I really appreciated that he did a great job of social distancing and wore a mask as well (as did I) and did a great job explaining the battery issue. He hooked the battery up to the analyzer thingy to test it. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and didn't try to hard sell me a battery which he easily could have. I have never felt pressured by AAA to buy a battery or left confused as to what the problem was with the car. If you do need a battery AAA will bring the battery to you, install it, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. I've always gotten my batteries through them. I decided to have the car towed to a garage instead of dealing with the battery because there was another major issue with the car that would have prevented me from driving it enough to keep a battery charged. He asked me if I needed anything in the car and also if I needed any of the keys on the key ring - which I did and if it wasn't for him asking me I would be without my house keys. He called the tow truck, left the keys on the visor for the truck, and let me know that they would put me keys in the drop box at the garage. Justin told me I didn't even need to be out when they towed the car away. The tow truck was here within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend AAA. I have had such good experiences with them. Everyone they have sent has always been polite and took their time explaining things to me. The customer reps are also very nice and thorough. Thanks Justin and AAA!
