I would recommend anyone who is considering doing business with this company to read this and…read morereally reconsider. Mathew Cheevers does not care about your business or your property. His attitude was so bad that I am OK if anybody wants to contact me regarding my experience. Jonathankaram@gmail.com Amanda was great to work with from the beginning over a year and a half ago, unfortunately I can't say The same about her husband. Matt is very rude And argumentative. I had to conversations with him today regarding a claim that we have had ongoing since may from roof damage and from the very first call today he was cutting me off, talking down to me, speaking to me like a child, And also told me their foremost policies would cover my roof damage and replace my Roof Only to find out that they have exclusions to replace any roof with Foremost from damage to shingles. And he said when he originally read my policy he thought it sounded like a good thing and now he realizes it's a "really really bad thing." So great, now that will cost me 10,000 to fix out-of-pocket because he doesn't know his policy. I could have gotten past that except for his extreme rudeness to me and I mentioned to him how as a customer I really don't appreciate being spoken to the way he is speaking to me and then he was extremely defensive, told me he would send me the recording so I could hear if he was rude or not and I asked him to please do and I would appreciate if he would listen to it as well. Then he said "hmm I'll think about it." I honestly could've got past the part of him not knowing how his policies work and costing me money because I believe everyone makes mistakes but the way he spoke to me as a customer was so unacceptable and rude. The way he spoke to me proved he does not care about my business or my properties .

I highly recommend the Atlantic-Pacific Insurance agency!

By OK, I mean they provided the necessary policies eventually. My last Insurance provider raised my rates due to a slight accident my wife had in 2019, which she was not ticketed for. I accepted that increase as normal. However, the increases continued to grow each year until 2021 when the increase became astronomical. I was referred to Atlantic Pacific through friends. In a matter of a few days My policies were issued with premiums $1,600 lower than my previous policies. As good as that was, what made my experience suburb was the family atmosphere of Atlantic Pacific. Every Conversation I had with Agents Samantha Silva and Nicholle Raven Danger was friendly and crystal clear. All of my decisions were acted upon immediately with professionalism and in a friendly manner. Rest assured, any conversations I have with my friends and associated in regard to insurance will conclude with the highest reccomendation to you agency.

AAA South Left Us Stranded for More Than 2 1/2 Hours -- After 28 Years of Membership, I'm Done!…read more On Saturday, October 17, 2026, my BMW M4 suffered a damaged tire sidewall, leaving the tire completely deflated and the car undrivable. We called AAA South for towing assistance at 4:56 p.m. What followed was an absolutely unacceptable customer-service experience. AAA initially texted us that the tow truck would arrive in 77 minutes. When that time passed, we contacted AAA again and were told it would be another 47 minutes. When that estimate passed, we were given yet another ETA of 20 minutes. That time passed, too. AAA then informed us that the driver had another job and that we would be notified when he was on his way to our location. Meanwhile, we were sitting in a public park with a disabled vehicle. As the hours dragged on, it was getting dark, and we still had no reliable information about when help would arrive. We continued waiting and checking for updates around 7:00, 7:03, and 7:11 p.m. Finally, at 7:31 p.m., after waiting more than 2 1/2 hours, we canceled the tow. Think about that: We called at 4:56 p.m. and were still sitting in a public park, with darkness approaching, more than two and a half hours later. All we received were repeated changes to the estimated arrival time and no dependable resolution. I understand that emergencies, traffic, and unexpected delays can happen. But repeatedly giving a customer new arrival estimates, allowing each one to pass, and then saying the driver has another job is not acceptable roadside assistance. The following day, I called AAA corporate and informed them that I no longer wanted to be a member. After 28 years of membership, I am ending my relationship with AAA because of this experience. People pay for AAA because they expect help when their vehicle breaks down and they are stranded. We needed that help on October 17. Instead, we spent hours waiting in a public park as darkness approached, with no dependable arrival time and ultimately no tow at all. AAA South's handling of this situation was deeply disappointing. Twenty-eight years of loyalty should count for something. This experience has convinced me that I can no longer rely on AAA for the peace of mind its membership is supposed to provide. I am sharing this experience so other motorists can consider it when deciding whether AAA membership is worth the cost. I hope AAA takes a serious look at how this request was handled and makes improvements so that other members are not left in the same situation.
