Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

This says a lot about who Jeff Evans is and his willingness to help. I highly recommend Jeff.

Insurance can be confusing and honestly pretty boring to think about, but Chris makes the whole process painless. He knows what he's doing, actually listens to what you need, and doesn't just try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. What I appreciate most is that he treats his clients like he actually cares about their situation-because he does. Whether it's finding the right coverage or walking me through changes, he's always been straightforward and responsive. If you're looking for an insurance broker who actually has your back instead of just taking your money, Chris and his team are the ones. Highly recommended.

I have been doing business with Scott for nearly the 20 years I have known him! One of the great things about having Scott as an Independent Agent is, whether a situation changes in my life, or something changes with my current insurance company, Scott and his team are able to protect me and my family with the greatest coverage available! Sometimes rates will change with an insurance company, and I can get the exact same coverage for much less with another! I don't ever even have to do anything - Scott and his team take care of everything for me! The same applies when something does happen and I need to make use of my insurance, or even when another party's insurance is handling the situation; all I need to do is call Scott's office and they take care of everything! Another thing I really admire about Scott and his company is they constantly make sure I'm never under-insured, as so many people are! Not only do they make sure of that, but they look into that every year for me, and consider any life changes I've had take place! If you're looking for insurance which is second to none, I highly recommend Scott Bicknell and Bicknell Insurance Company!

A trusted friend encouraged me to talk to Kyle. He has been very helpful in educating me on coverage nuances I hadn't previously understood. He recommended I add a few items (which sounded prudent when he explained them to me) and also recommended I remove a few items (even though I imagine this reduces his commission, which helped me trust him even more). Shelter's prices are excellent, and I like that the pricing structure is simple and easy-to-understand (without dozens of gimmicky discounts like some other companies). Thank you Kyle! How often can you say that a insurance agent would honestly not sell you a policy that she wouldn't buy if she was in your shoes. I got hit by a drunk driver... with no insurance (surprise surprise)... called her the day i got hit... and she immediately began helping me through the process. Working 50-60 hours a week and dealing with my insurance company (GMAC), who's offices operate on Eastern time, which means there offices were closed everyday at 2:30, would normally be very difficult... not with Ursala having your back.!
