I have been trying to adjust my auto rates for the last two weeks and I keep getting the run around. The last time I was transferred to JP as my typical guy was out of the office. After 15 minutes on the phone JP said his computer crashed and asked if he could call me back in 3 to 4 minutes. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for a return call. I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive. Update - Even after I called another local agent and he relayed to them I would be leaving I still have not heard back from Ben Parsons. I called Statefarm directly and in 15 minutes accomplished what I had tried to do with this office for the last two weeks. Needlessly saying I took my business elsewhere as this place shutdown for service. It's not hard to return phone calls or at least keep pace with other Statefarm agents
