They are terrible! My sister switched to another company because it was cheaper and Brent's office staff have been nothing short of despicable to them. They requested all the new insurance information and said it was required in order to cancel. When I cancelled insurance with my agent they didn't ask for any new information! Brent's office also refused to mail out a reimbursement check. The lady that my sister talked to was screaming at her on the phone and actually told her that it was not illegal to with hold the reimbursement check for as long as they felt like holding it. My sister asked to talk to a manager and the lady said she was the manager and her boss would say the same thing that she did. She also told my sister that they are glad to be rid of them. What kind of a business tells its customers that they are glad to be rid of them? Do not get your insurance with Brent Christensen or they will treat you the same way. If you are going to go with Bear River, make sure your agent is someone else like Garner Jensen.
