I pursued our home(s) and multiple auto policies, and Penny has handled most of my interaction. Don't get fooled by her colorful font emails! She has been sloppy in letting things slide, or getting the policies mixed up for cancellation during a recent refinancing for our home. Communication sent to the wrong address, charging credit cards twice for the same policy, and forgetting to trigger a refund has been the story for us with this office. Stay away from Penny and Zane as far as you can. Needless to say, when there is no communication with a 30% policy cost increase, we shopped and found a different firm to work with.

The company itself is fine but she specifically will be the reason for a lot of lost business. Christina, I don't see what you see in her but she needs a reality check! I called to discuss a billing issue that I genuinely wanted to understand and she talked over me, rudely stated what she "did and did not say" when I'm only trying to get an understanding. Never once was i rude to her or any of the other staff i talked to but because of her i am now shopping for a new insurance company (Thanks Ms. Ruelas) She was the THIRD person I talked to about this issue and had no problem with me cancelling my policy if it came to that! Had no issue with the payment but wanted to understand the breakdown. I don't have an insurance license nor do I want one but I trust the professionals I pay my money to (late or otherwise) to be able to breakdown in layman's terms what I'm paying for! If you ever have to call them (again not a bad company) Anna/Samara is NOT the person you want to talk to.

Every time I ask for a quote I mention that I'm going to be comparing apples to apples and go down…read morethe list as to what coverages I want. When I get the quote which is really good until I look down the list and notice that uninsured, underinsured motorist has been left off entirely, or the coverages has been changed on one of the vehicles. I don't know if this is company policy or not but for the past 1.5 years every time I get a quote this has happened. I speak the English language fairly well and the person I talk with speaks the language, unlike some who are call centers that hasn't a grasp of the language.
