Still have not straightened my rental car rate, the daily rate has allowed had changed three times when they communicate with enterprise. The time and follow up this has required is ridiculous. It's supposed to be dropped off to get fixed next week. Time for new insurance company. Horrible customer service.

I came in to get a renters policy. I already knew what I wanted so I let them know that. Rachel was…read moremy agent. She was quick and to the point and very friendly. She didn't try and upsell me or push anything I didn't want. That's important to me bc nothing makes me more annoyed than when someone offers me something I don't want and make it very clear. Tony seems to be the agency owner and he was very polite and friendly. So I had to get the renters policy bc where I live they require it. I had goofed and forgot to tell them to put my complex down as insured interest. So I called and had them fix it. Tony was nice enough to personally go drop off the papers that my complex needed. The level of customer service at this agency is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for auto, home/renters insurance to come here. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

My homeowners insurance company wanted to charge me 50% more at renewal time this year despite the…read morefact that nothing about my property had changed and I have never in my life made a claim. To add insult to injury, when I questioned them about the steep increase they basically said that I should be grateful to them for even insuring me based on my zip code alone. Needless to say, it was time to part ways with that company. For years I had been buying insurance online which would entail the impersonal task of dealing with a different call center rep anytime I needed additional help with quotes, or had issues to be resolved. I had actually forgotten how refreshing it is to talk to someone at a local company who is familiar with the area in which I live and can better relate to my circumstances. That is, until I called the Matthew Reinhardt State Farm Office. I spoke with Megan who was immediately so personable and eager to assist. Together we went over every detail of my current homeowners and auto policies. I wasn't necessarily looking for a new auto policy at the time, but when it comes to insurance, bundling is your friend! She managed to essentially match all my existing coverages and reduce the cost for both auto and homeowners insurance by hundreds of dollars at the same time. This was the best news I had heard in a while because no other company even came close to their rates. I don't normally recommend insurance companies since my experiences with them have typically been unremarkable at best. But this place really impressed me with their level of customer service and ability to offer unbeatable prices.
