The inspection then failed and I needed another flat roof replaced. So I then did that. By this time my mortg company purchased homeowners for me at a much higher cost. In my dealing with Gundie Bonners office three people had my case. It went from desk to desk. I have dropped them, and reported them to insurance commission. The employees there are inept to take care of your needs in a timely manner. This has cost me in the end thousands of dollars!
