First off when I purchased my policy {old policy #JGA-JTX3109X.001} (…read more. which was highly suggested by the sales agent that sold me my car at (cars and credit masters, Garland TX) I sat there and waited on them to come take pictures of the car and when the rep did, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME the girl from the insurance company gave the sales rep a $50.00 kickback!!!! (which he tried to conceal but I still seen it), my policy was $140 per month but it was also $250+ to get started. moving along, my next premium was due and my check deposited around Christmas. I called them and explained this to them they informed my i had 10 days to reinstate my policy because it would cancel the day after being due. no problem, I called on 12/26 to pay and reinstate my policy. one girl said it was $221 to get reinstated, even though I was within the 10 days, she then said my first premium included the 10 days..which makes no sense! I called around and shopped for insurance! when I called them back I purposely stated they girl originally quoted me $250.. she put me on hold then comes back and states.."yes sir it will be $250 to get your policy restarted) LITERALLY 45 MINUTES after being told it would be $221. I kindly declined and eventually purchased a policy with Geico.. THESE PEOPLE SALE CUT-RATE INSURANCE, and are driven by commission.. BEWARE!!!!
