He told me he would check to see what the bundle price was so I messaged him the VIN number the next day. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and when I messaged him to see what the holdup was he said he was waiting on the VIN number (same one I already sent him) implying that it was my fault he hadn't given me a quote yet. I told him once again I only want business insurance. Another day went by without a quote so I gave up. Called another insurance company that gave me a quote within 5 minutes. If this is the speed at which Brandon and Farmers Insurance does business you will never make it to the finish line. Hard pass

I had a small backing accident that would have been 5 years old in June, 2015. My auto policy was set to renew in March, 2015. I had a second very minor accident in December, 2014. there was no visible damage to either vehicle but the other party insisted on having their vehicle checked out. Needless to say, the body shop 'found' $1,000 in damage. what body shop is going to turn away business? the claims adjuster never inspected the vehicle (too much bother) so they paid the claim. I am then non renewed. My complaint with Timberwolf is they did NOTHING to fight to get the underwriter to change their mind. I had worked in insurance for 30 years that is what I did. I fought for my client. Not Timberwolf. I would not recommend them.

Two years ago a drunk driver totaled out car on the drive home from work. We have full coverage and car rental coverage so we knew we'd be fine. The other driver didn't have insurance so we had to pay a $100 deductible for that. A quick call to their 24/7 customer service that night made the process relatively easy. We got a rental and got checked out at a walk in the following morning, all covered by our insurance of course. A week later we were in a new car and just a few weeks after that, we got a check for our car totaled car. Because it was paid off, I was told the process went a lot quicker that it could have. For months, AmFam (corporate) followed up with us which I thought was nice. Do remember that in the state of WA, you don't have to close your claim until THREE years after. Just in case something comes up.
