I'll list so many reasons why my family and I had bad experiences 1) stating I had a "bad driving record" and charging me $690 a month for my car and even after I provided my DMV history mailed they took MONTHS to help me fix my regular pay. 2) every time I need assistance I talk to sarah who always leaves me on hold for a while and doesn't know the answer to any of my questions 3) I'm a mom and understand the childcare and work spaces but every time I try and call for help I hear kids screaming in the background 4) they increased our monthly house insurance WITHOUT letting us know AT ALL, we moved across the country and found out and were furious 5) I finally got to cancel our insurance with them and needed our refund check for our escrow with our new company and they didn't even send it to our new address... they sent it to our OLD address that have people living at it so now being one month and a half we're overpaying our end to our new insurance because State Farm didn't do their job right and confirm the address it was being mailed to .

I had an incident where a storm came through my…read morearea and I ended up with a leak that did some major damage. long story short I ended up coming out of pocket for repairs because they wouldn't cover everything and so I'm also out of a $1000 deducible as well. A week later a tree branch fell though another side of my roof and for starters, Allstate didn't want to cover it, Allstate wanted to send the claim to NCJU so they wouldn't have to pay anything, no problem, Allstate is a business and they only care to make money, NOT TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE. To Add on to this the person they sent to see my roof to see if they would cover the damage or not called pushing my appointment back because of a schedule conflict. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY ROOF! But they don't care, as soon as this is over, I will cancel the policy and best believe Allstate will not get a recommendation from me. As far as pricing, they are good when you need them, TRASH is the term that comes to mind.

Was told it was sent to my email, never got it. Finally got it via mail. Was told " that's how the home office does it" you'd think being a new customer they'd explain these ridiculous late fees. Don't feel comfortable with this service. We'll see how this month goes.
