Bank of America continues to disappoint me! The fees are insane. I have two different accounts with…read morethem and because a computer transfers money from one account to another they charged me $12 that is completely insane!!! Now if a person had to drive to the bank go inside and manually take money out of one account and place it in another account I could completely understand this fee but when the minimum wage in NC is $7.25 and hour and a computer makes $12 for 5 seconds that is what is wrong with our country!!! I would never recommend this bank. There are so many other options in our area!!! And I will be taking my money elsewhere!

I was please to see that the clerks treated their client with respect and dignity and carried out all their work diligently. I didn't take note of any management staff but the clerks seemed well in charge of the work and duties they had to do. They were knowledgeable in their software and performed their work without pause and seemed intent on providing quality service. The parking lot is well kept up. The waiting area is simply appointed and attractive.
