Their rates were higher than what I was quoted elsewhere but they had no requirement that the property had to be occupied at that time, so I paid the extra cost to buy a policy. After finding a renter and getting the property occupied, I decided to move the policy to the insurance agency that handles all my other insurance business. I informed this agency that I did not want to renew my policy and to cancel it. They refused to cancel my policy and kept billing me for it anyway. THIS IS AN ATTEMPTED THEFT. They said they will not cancel my policy unless I provide proof that I bought insurance elsewhere. EXCUSE ME? I am not required to provide you with anything. I told you I don't want your overpriced policy and I went elsewhere. They sent me bills for several months for a policy I told them I did not want, so I refused to pay. FURTHERMORE - This agency is run by a known leftist radical in the community. If you love freedom, God, Liberty, or are just a conservative that believes that "woke should go broke" - pull your business from this place. Spend your money with somebody who is ideologically compatible with your views.

The app is clunky, and confusing to navigate- their dashboard is terrible and doesn't update- they say they will text you and no text ever comes, it might have sent an email instead of a text- no ones knows why. Nobody assigned an adjustor to look at vehicle until I asked, they said they would have a personal injury adjustor assigned and reach out- it's been a month and there hasn't been ONE call from that assigned person. If you call GEICO you will be transferred to different departments where someone doesn't have access to help you because you need to talk to xyz department instead. They offer "money in minutes" or ETF fund transfer for payout but it has not worked for over 2 days- even after verification with bank and their customer service department- there is not a human on site who can fix it or offer a tech checkup. I have been waiting for a resolution for over a month now and I get to wait more for "snail mail". Oh, they also don't recommend to take your Loss vehicle off your policy if you plan to replace within 30 days- well you keep paying for coverage for a vehicle you no longer have because of all the paperwork and hassle it takes to get a resolution!
