Liberty Mutual has very poor professionalism, they DON'T RESPECT PPLS TIME! THEY WAIT YOU OUT HOPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I'm very upset with this insurance company and hope they will resolve this claim but I'm doubting it!! I just want my truck fixed!! It's simple Liberty Mutual!!! You can see there is no traffic my truck was at a red light. Drunk driver came flying off the ramp on the passenger side of my truck and plowed into the side of it. My son and grandson were in it my truck and had it not been for fast thinking on my sons part my truck would have flipped over from impact bc it was up on the 2 driver side wheels a bout to roll but my son corrected it with steering into it. We also explained that we were a bit time sensitive since one of the home insurance policies was expiring soon. She spent the next 45 to 60 min collecting all of our information and said that we should hear back from one of their insurance agents within the next 2-3 days. We don't hear anything from them all week, I call them again first thing Monday morning today and she says that the insurance agent handling our file is busy but she'll give us a call back later. A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day. Again we hear absolutely nothing from them; at this point we can only deduce that they don't value our business and if they are going to treat us like this now it will only be worse afterwards.
