He made the process completely hassle free, and delivered with a quick sale at a good price. I met with Tom in late summer when I was trying to find a listing agent to sell our house in Estral Beach. This was the first house I listed through a realtor and I had lots of questions. Tom knows his stuff and his answers to my questions were relevant, straightforward, and honest. He came prepared and knowledgeable of the area. He had great ideas for listing the place, including some prep work for me to complete prior to listing, and the listing price he suggested was in line with what I had been planning. We listed it high and dropped the price just a bit a couple of months later to generate more interest. We showed the house about a dozen times before the right buyer came through, and Tom was great about filling me in on the feedback from potential buyers as they came through. Tom was always available, always responding quickly to texts and phone calls. He did a great job qualifying potential buyers to verify that any offer was financially backed and solid. We got an offer, countered, and settled on price over a weekend. I had already moved to Wisconsin, and Tom made the entire closing process quick and hassle free; I didn't even need to come back to Michigan for the closing. He responded quickly and knowledgably to all my questions, working out all the details - I just had to sign a few documents and over-night them back just prior to closing. Tom also wound up being the buyer's agent in our sale, performing the dual role with integrity, candor, and honesty. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the results. My wife insisted on burying a St Joseph statue in the yard so maybe we had some help from above, but I think it was Tom that made the sale work out so perfect for us.

A few weeks or so back I went in hoping to see the same gentlemen that I met but instead was greeted by a young girl who was slumped over her computer looking less than thrilled to see me come in (perhaps because it was near closing time)? She appeared to be the only one in the office, so instead of letting it be a wasted trip decided to at least get an idea of an auto rate. She took my information and went back to her desk. As she asked me further personal questions her demeanor was one of boredom and dare I say annoyance. I know this because I have a teen daughter around her age, so I m quite an expert on this matter. Her response to a question I had was HUH ? When I repeated myself she said yea, I know . Her mood became quite pleasant, however, when she thought there was a chance I might be purchasing the policy. I told this story of my experience at a recent holiday gathering because a discussion was sparked about customer service and how businesses have forgotten how important it is. I don t like to discuss business with someone who is so young, but even more so someone who is so condascending. I will add that my father in law was insured with Boss up until his death and was very pleased with the agency.
