All and all it took less than an hour and he had us back on the road! He was so friendly and flexible as we asked if he had time to look at a slide out problem as well. He happily did! Dropped off my car about six weeks ago with an oil leak, asked them if they could fix it. $3,000.00 later they said, "all better!" Got the car home and after a couple weeks of driving it around, sure enough, another big oil slick on my garage floor. Take the car back in to have them take another look, and was greeted with all kinds of negativity, obviously trying to make it known that they weren't going to warranty their work, they did take the car and three days later I got a call that said they couldn't find anything wrong. Okay fine, I'll drive the car with purple die to see where the leak is coming from. The ars hole at the front desk who only uses a paragraph when a sentence will do continued pontificating at me for ten minutes trying to explain that he couldn't help me and couldn't remember ever working on my car. I finally talked to another gentleman who explained there was no leak in the car and to drive it around and bring it back at a later date. Yeah, I've never been treated with less respect at any establishment than this ever before. Obviously they have plenty of business and don't need any more. Take a look at the picture of my car, this is how they returned it to me, covered in bird sh1t. Don't worry guys, I promise, I'll never ask you to work on one of my vehicles ever again! We really wanted to love and trust this shop. Our car started throwing a cylinder 6 check engine…read morecode and we asked them to diagnose it for us. They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Two other mechanics confirmed that they could have run a simple test to confirm the head gasket was bad as well. Now we get to pay another mechanic to diagnose it and replace the head gasket after already wasting $900 with carsmart.
