Everything seems ok upon initial contact we were told there were different camp week available this summer (2026) with different focus. We found two our son was interest in. the asked for a full week cost up from and 100.00 deposit on any additional weeks listed. So we paid for a week and added a deposit on the additional week. (525.00) My son went to the first day of the camp. when he was to get pick up he was up at the parking/lot driveway waiting. He did not have a good experience and indicated he was not going back. He said the other kids at camp (only 4 others) all seemed to know each other and it was very clique-y but that some were outright insulting. Not sure if any of this was heard by one of the counselors or the instructor, He decided that he was not going to participate in the last actvity of the day and wen to sit on a bench but was handed a broom so he could clean up the barn area.... Called to let them know he wasn't happy and that he would not return. asked for a pro-rated refund which i though was fair and was told that they have a policy to not give refunds, this "polcy" is not listed anywhere in any of the paper work that was signed. Since then they have ghosted and not answered calls, texts or emails. This is a shameful way to run a business.

My grandparents Robert & Barbara Evans originally owned and operated the farm for 25+ yrs, offering lessons, boarding, summer camps, horse shows and training which I was beyond lucky to have grown up there and rode until they sold the farm to retire when I was about 14. I still miss it and all the unbelievable memories. The current owners have welcomed me to come visit the farm anytime I'd like to. And i can not thank them enough for that opportunity.

The only answers I got was to keep throwing treats at him and to avoid the situations , basically leave my dog at home . My dog is my world and I want to share my life with him . I was lucky enough to come across Ramon and Hudson K9. From the very beginning, we never avoided the triggers , we never ran and hid from them ; like at the other places . We faced them head on with behavior modification . Not only did Ramon have Odin's confidence grow , but more importantly mine . He reminds me all the time that there is nothing Odin can't do . I'm able to take Odin out with me anywhere now and we are practicing for our CGC . I wish I found Ramon and Hudson K9 sooner, they have been a life saver and have become a second home . I wouldn't train anywhere else ever again!!!! If you are looking for a trainer and facility that offers basic obedience, rally , boot camp, pack walks , street smart walks, canine good citizen prep and testing , behavior modification and so much more I can't recommend Hudson K9 enough .

So, we decided in the best interest of our new pup not to go return for the final testing class. We wrote the establishment and the trainer stating we wouldn't be returning....they just responded with "well, good luck you?". what's sad is her lack of acknowledgment/ asking us how it was going, etc, above all--lack of the trainers awareness here with us and our pup....when she witnessed both of us and our pup get so upset during the last class where the trainer was showing her who boss... and her nipping her now. The best news above all is we've attended 3 other training facilities with a huge success and our pup is doing terrific!,!,

We knew it was time to make the difficult decision of quality over quantity. I did not want her end-of-life experience to be traumatic with a stressful vet visit in a cold, scary office on a metal table, something I still remembered from putting down my childhood dog. I began searching for in home pet euthanasia services and found Dr. Sims online. The booking process was seamless. She called to talk beforehand and sent such a graceful and comforting confirmation message the night before. The day of the appointment, she arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and immediately made us feel confident that she was there to help relieve our poor girl's suffering. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better end-of-life experience for Peanut. Peanut was so comfortable and peaceful, lying in her own bed surrounded by love, like she was finally getting the rest she needed. She never flinched or yelped, she simply drifted peacefully to sleep in the comfort of her home. We truly could not have asked for a more dignified, compassionate, and peaceful ending for our beloved family member. I am forever grateful for the kindness and care we received during such a heartbreaking time.

There are good aspects of this park, but they're outweighed by the bad…read more There is a large field area followed by a wooded area. There are drainage problems that cause a significant portion of the wooded area to be flooded for several months of the year. This area is just inside the wooded area, so it's easily accessible from both the wooded and grassy areas. When it's flooded, the dogs get wet and stinky. Oftentimes it's not flooded so much as it is a big mud puddle - irresistible to many dogs! Only go to the park when you have time for a bath afterwards - for both you and your dog! The rules are a bit ridiculous and are strictly enforced. For example, I got told off by a Board member because my teenager was throwing the ball for our two dogs. The rules state that children must be within arm's reach (under 12 not permitted, se we're talking 12-18-year-olds) and must not have their arms above their head. These are the relevant rules from the website: - Must be 18 years of age or older and remain within the park, with their dog(s), at all times. - Must closely supervise children under 18 years of age; and must be within reach of the child at all times. They are responsible for the actions and safety of children in their care. Children must not be permitted to run, shout, scream wave their arms and/or otherwise excite and/or antagonize dogs in the park. - Children under 12 years of age are not permitted inside the dog park. (Effective January 1, 2020) If your dog doesn't want to leave, you can't simply leash him to walk him out of the park. If you leash him BEFORE you get him into the gated "holding area" near the front gate, you will be reprimanded. Unfortunately, this is a "members only" club and you don't find any of this out for yourself until you spend $125 for your membership. Not worth the fee! Go to one of the free dog parks in the area, or wait a decade or two until this park gets in a new Board of Directors that votes to implement and enforce more reasonable rules and spend the park's money on things such as fixing drainage issues instead of planting "better" grass - which then requires regular chemical treatments.
