I am very late to get to this review. Mostly because I don't like to write bad reviews and have been going back and forth on posting this. I came to ASH to help me fix my covid hair cut and color. Wish I never did it but ultimately I just thought an all over brown would do the trick. I loved my hair in the beginning but the second I started washing my hair I noticed it fading. I now have green, gross, and dull hair. The part that makes me the most mad is that I paid $300 to them to take me brown. That is insane. Especially because there is NO WAY that they used permanent hair dye on me. Do not go here. They sell you this whole vibe but really they don't know what they are doing and use Demi-permanent hair color and charge you a fortune. Before they come back and say that it must be my shampoo or hair care. I use Kevin Murphy the brand they recommend. I seriously cannot believe I spent over $300 for something I could have gone to Sephora and just picked up temporary color for and spend $30. I just wanted to update my review now over a year since my last update. This is my primary salon! (Other than ASH, I pretty much only go to DryBar for blowouts, but I've starting getting my blowouts at ASH now too!) They maintain my blonde with high standards and with a visit every 6-8 weeks, my blonde stays looking perfect. I also FINALLY went through with getting NBR extensions from them in January and it has been the absolute best investment. I've added a couple of photos with my perfectly blonded and customised extensions in. I can't imagine going to another salon. As far as I'm concerned, if we ever move or anything, I'll still be flying to Utah to come to ASH studio. They're the best in the business and you can't go wrong coming here for your blonding and/or hair extensions. Plus the atmosphere, vibes, and amazing stylists are just icing on the cake. They are SOoooooooo expensive. My bill was $400!!!! I didn't get extensions just color and a cut. It left me looking like I had aged 40 years. I will say that everyone who left with extensions looked incredible. I'm just disappointed. read more

AMAZING! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you feel like you are part of a great group of friends even if you just met! I went there for NBR extensions and color and i came all the way from California. Let me just say i will continue to go back for my touch ups ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I literally had the worse experience of my life today and I am in my late 50's so that says it all. The person I was assigned to, her name was Baylee. They promised me she had experience but honestly, that was obviously NOT the truth! VERY sweet girl as a person without a doubt, BUT does she know what she is doing with your hair?... that would be a HUGE "NO"!!! I literally showed her multiple photos of what I wanted color-wise, even showed her the honey highlights I wanted right there in the salon with a live person that was there next to us!!! I even showed her photos of my youngest daughter who has almost black hair just to show her what I did NOT want!! I was there for HOURS AND HOURS missing time from being with my grandkids just to let her fix and then fix again and then fix and once again!!!! Finally I called my 37 year old daughter, I was crying at this point, I told her about this all and she said, Mom, get THE HELL out of there!.. DO NOT let her touch your hair again!! I left immediately! It is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to repair and fix what this girl just did today! Not to mention my scalp is BURNING FROM ALL THE CHEMICALS that had to be used on my hair to fix her mistakes over and over and over again!!! This salon is beyond. I cannot say enough good about it. The girls are SO friendly, sweet, and crazy talented. I got NBR extensions from them, and I have gotten so many compliments. My hair looks fantastic, and I feel like I gained best friends just going to the salon. I will never ever go anywhere else....ASH is the best, and I refuse to move outside of Utah because I will just never find better. read more

Such an AMAZING experience!! I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was...Lauren Lion is such a talented stylist. Lauren took her time with me, explained the process, took the time to teach me things and was such a personable, sweet, bubbly person. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and the experience overall was PHENOMENAL! So much so I almost cried (I'm a baby and a sucker for sweet people) but I didn't! I held my tears in as I didn't want to make a fool of myself and embarrass myself any further :P Lauren is knowledgeable, experienced and such a perfect, sweet angel! She is definitely my hair queen! Every single stylist working at ASH are hair queens! OMG! Everyone there is so beautiful too! All of them are sweethearts and I'm not kidding when I say I was star struck when I saw them. I've been following ASH for a while on Instagram and had been wanting to go to the salon for a long time. I would always watch their stories and loved how great of a dynamic they are and how fun they are as well. When I saw there was a last minute cancellation I had to take it and I'm so glad I did!
