Not when I booked, not when I arrived, not during the service. Only afterward. For context, I had been a Botox client here for two years, which is why this experience was so surprising. The actual treatment itself was good, but that makes the lack of integrity in how this was handled even more disappointing. When I pushed back, explaining I had been told repeatedly this was my final session in the package, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, I was met with resistance and ultimately told that if I didn't pay, they would call the police. That alone says everything about how this business operates. This wasn't just a billing error, it was a complete failure of accountability. I relied on their staff to manage and communicate my package correctly.
