Within just a few minutes- before I could even make another call- Rachel, the office manager called and was able to squeeze me in. I am so grateful she called back and I was introduced to amazing practice, caring doctors, and overall a good, healing, facility! The initial doctor did a complete evaluation and thorough assessment. Spent a good amount of time understanding my condition and concerns. They were genuine and gentle with the care they wanted to provide. I was sent for further X-rays, which I was able to get same day, and I was able to get a second appointment next day. I then met with Dr. Atchley, who, again took a good amount of time going over a treatment plan. He explained how they practice as a team and that all doctors are here for me and to ensure my health! Thereafter I met with the office manager, who went over my insurance and set up my appointments for the whole treatment. Everything was laid out clearly and easy to understand. I started my treatment next day with Dr. Guerra, who is extremely knowledgeable, gentle with care, and super patient with listening to concerns. He is genuinely vested in healing and making you feel better/comfortable again. It's been only 4 treatments and I'm feeling a million times better. Somewhat new to Texas, I have struggled over the last year with finding someone I can put my absolute trust in. From the very first appointment, we had an immediate action plan. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I finally stopped calling and went elsewhere for care and so happy that I did. 3 months later I received a phone call to check on me and I told the lady on the phone my experience and why I am no longer a patient there. She just said okay and hung up. Two of the times I called, there were roosters and barking in the background so I know their scheduling is working remote. Not a good idea with the service and whoever is doing the follow ups. I want to reach out to the doctor so he knows about his staff but I can't get a hold of him without going through the front desk.
