The office is conveniently located and the staff is courteous and professional. I've never had any issues with my insurance even though I changed jobs and hence, insurance companies. I love the fact that they offer Optimap so I don't have to get the horrid eye drops. Also doing away with the nasty puff of air check is wonderful. Dr Zanella is very pleasant and caring. She takes the time to make sure any questions I have get answered. I've seen her husband a couple of times also and his bedside manner is just like hers. He is straightforward and doesn't try to talk you into stuff you don't need. I personally prefer to see her but they are both great. They are a great team and I highly recommend them and their office.

So I started to search around to see who would be able to have my insurance cover it. Vista Physical Therapy in Alliance gave me a call back and let me know they accept my insurance and that it would be covered. So I signed up with them for twice a week with my $25 copay. I walked in one day at the beginning of February (One and a half months after starting with them) and saw a weird balance on my account. I got worried because, I am already on a tight budget with everything else as is. So before I went in, I had them look to see what that was. The woman at the front assured me it was a mistake on the address for the insurance company and that everything was covered and good. She told me to just make my copay payment. So sure enough, I went for another month without anything being said to me about it. I paid everytime I went in and have an emailed receipt for every visit. In March, I get a call. Apparently, my insurance never covered occupational therapy and only would cover physical therapy. So they told me my balance was over $3k. First off, I confirmed with them 4 different times to make sure it was covered. You don't sell someone on a $25 copay and then come back and go "oh by the way, it actually wasn't covered and its going to be over $100 per session". Thats the business' mistake and the appropriate thing to do would have been to say "Hey, we messed up. Thats on us but going forward this is what you would need to pay per session". I would have never spent over $1k a month on 2 times a week when I already owe thousands in other medical bills. I've already spoken to a medical lawyer. I am very appalled by the situation and the way they handled it. I would like to note that the only reason I have 2 stars is because my therapist, Tori, was great.

I've always felt genuinely cared for and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm healing properly. One afternoon after herniating two discs in my lower back and in SO MUCH pain, I came limping and hunched over into his office 15 minutes before they closed and they got me in to see the doctor right away, no questions asked. Other orthopedic doctors and neurosurgeons said I'd most certainly have to have back surgery, but Dr. Hergert was the only doctor that said if I fully committed to an intense physical therapy regiment, there was still a good chance I could heal without surgery. And after 8 weeks of physical therapy, I beat the odds and I'm 110% better just like he said. I couldn't be more thankful for finding Chiropractic Care Center of Southlake!!!

What changed for me was when I realized they have a DOCTOR on staff... and I didn't know it! You would think any well-run business would put its best foot forward and promote the person with the highest level of credentials related to their business, but surprisingly if you were to go look at the names on their door TODAY... the DOCTORS name is NOT THERE!!! Imagine... I'm a Navy SEAL sniper, you run a security company... and you don't put my name on the door?
