Why 5 stars? Because an MRI is never exactly the most fun, but I guess this was pretty painless…read more --- --- --- Going in for an MRI is a pretty unfortunate process. It means you're hurting somewhere. And the actual MRI itself is such a bizarre thing. In the not-so-distant future, we will look back on this technology the same way we currently look at VCR's. Not to sound snooty about a machine that can look inside your body, but it's insanely loud and you must remain perfectly still like you're dead for it to work. Every time I go in for one, I can't believe this is still the best way to do this. However, that's the case for any MRI. And my Alliance MRI was pretty painless. I was called back before the start of my appointment and the whole process was no nonsense. A few days later, they sent the report over to my Ortho, and bonus points to Alliance, I had no tears in my achilles. I can give credit to them for that, right?

I have had my fair share of health issues over the years and went to plenty of different facilities for imaging. This one is definitely my new favorite. Hospitals are much more expensive and have lots of wait.... not to mention it often feels like navigating in an airport. Easy to get lost...Not at 3083 imaging! The staff was very accommodating and helpful... I could tell the technician definitely knew what he was doing and loves his job ( which makes a big difference)! I had some concerns about my Insurance coverage and I was helped right away and effectively in regards to my insurance..... I absolutely recommend this fantastic facility!

The entire experience was great. We were able to make an appointment very quickly, we didn't have to wait too long at any point during our time here, and the people were super friendly. The woman behind the counter gave my son stuff to color while we waited, and they had a small kids table, which was really helpful for him to feel like he had a good experience (and to keep me sane). The doctor was also great - praising my son for being such an awesome patient, which probably gives him a very positive memory of going to the doctor. And most importantly, that cough disappeared almost immediately after he got on the meds! The whole experience was better than another urgent care that I've visited multiple times because it's closer to my house, but it's worth driving a little further for this one.
