What a disappointment. I had been there a couple of times before for the treatment of other…read moreathletic injuries and was happy with their service. This time it was completely different. The first time I went for my current injury, I had to wait for almost a half hour. I was then told that I could come back another day because the DPT was busy. I responded by saying I was there now. I'll wait. When I finally got in to get diagnosed, there were a ton of people in there. The DPT listened to my description of my injury and without even examining me, told me what my injury was. There were so many interruptions at this point I wanted to walk out. But, I stayed to a continuing stream of interruptions during the time on was on the examining table when she finally examined me, almost an hour after I walked in the door. Against my better judgment, I made another appointment. When I showed up for the next appointment, I again had to wait. Again, there were a ton of people there. The assistant PT had no idea what I was supposed to be doing and had to continuously go back and forth to the DPT who was again dealing with multiple people. I just walked out. They couldn't care less about me walking out and canceling all my appointments. Despite its name, this PT place isn't geared to athletic injuries. It is dominated by older people. (There is nothing wrong with that. Just don't advertise that you gear to sports. For example, the DPT clearly wasn't an athlete.) It appears that the service that was once the cornerstone of this place is gone. It seems that it is all about getting as many people in the door as possible (Read: $$$$). That afternoon I made an appointment with Sportscare. They are very passionate about what they do. I will never return to SportsMed.

She is patient, caring and explains the process. Nina was my next practitioner and she worked on my neck, arm, chest muscles because I hold my phone too much in my left hand! I thought I was having heart trouble but my primary care Dr wrote me a script for PT and with Nina's expert care, the issue was resolved! Nina is so patient and explains in detail while working on me the "how" of the exercises. that helped immensely. She did a few seconds video demonstrating the exercises and also the steps with diagrams on paper so I could reference them that way as well! I always know I'm in good hands at Bella Physical Therapy.Making appointments is a breeze with Milkola. The office gals,Ala and Mila, are lovely and efficient as well!
