We hired Mr. Prince to build a stacked stone mailbox for us…read more He was punctual, quick, efficient, organized, thorough, responsive, & attentive to our vision of what we wanted. Not knowing anything about masonry, I thought it would take several days to build the mailbox. I was pleasantly surprised to have it completed in two days (but only because we didn't have enough stacked stone and had to pick up extra. The only complaint I have is where my husband decided to have the numbers of our address placed on the mailbox. Mr. Prince did as he was asked to do by putting the numbers on the front of our mailbox but they should've been placed on the top so that passersby could see the address as they drove by looking. For the amount of time and the workmanship it took to build our mailbox, I feel we were given a comparable price! Our mailbox perfectly matches our house and looks beautiful!!!

As you can see by the pictures this person is a scammer. The proposed gazebo was agreed to, and…read moreeverything changed after he realized he couldn't complete the job. He asked for advanced payments, argued a lot, changed the design without consulting me, and was completely unprofessional. This person should not be in business. If I could I would have him arrested I would. I'm considering taking him to court but you can't get money from someone who doesn't have any. All my payments went to other things besides for my job. I ended up paying almost double to have a good company come to complete this job. If you hire him for any reason you are the opposite of "smart".

Unfortunately, I recently in the past year had to use the services of this company for a headstone…read more They were very sweet and very caring. And they handheld me through the whole first time process. I shopped around and even though this is a expense they offered the best out of price and styles to choose from. It takes approximately 16 to 20 weeks to get your finished product. If there are any issues, they are happy to work with your local cemetery to meet your qualifications. The most visible to me that I experienced from their use is that their first item is too keep you comforted as much as possible thru this process. My product was as I ordered and they surprised me after the placement was done which was on Good Friday which made it even a better experience. I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with ProTile & Marble and highly recommend this company…read more We were in the market for about 6 Months to have our shower stall in our master bathroom redone, it was about 20 yrs old and starting to leak, tiles were falling out, and generally just looked gross. We called several bathroom remodelers and got the run around a lot, this one only did plastic surround installs, that one seemed sketchy, etc. we had reluctantly settled on one, but every time we called we had to play phone tag with the coordinator and he wouldn't leave messages with any details just "hi, this is ____, call me back". They were asking for several thousand dollars for the work, but we didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling about the product we were going to get. In frustration, five days before starting work with that company we called Pro Tile just to make sure we were getting a good price. Chris came out the same day, walked through our concerns and heard our vision for the lay out. We told him we had a quote and just wanted to see where we were at. He told us he would draft something up and have it back to us the following day. From our previous experience with the other companies we didn't expect him to come through quickly. We were wrong. Chris came through with a detailed quote in under 12 hours. We were so surprised by his attention to detail we immediately dropped the other company even though Pro Tile came in with a higher quote. When we reviewed the quote to get started there was a misunderstanding on my part (I thought Tile was included in the quote) and Chris made it right on the spot. Demolition of the old shower started the following week, and progressed at a steady rate until we had to wait for the custom glass to come in. There was a lull in work for a couple of weeks as we waited on the glass and total work time took about 5.5 weeks. Though out the process the workers had access to our house, which initially I was hesitant about but as I met the ProTile employees and sub-contractors I realized that Chris does his due diligence in hiring quality employees. Everyone who came to our house was very personable and professional. Chris was in touch with us through out the entire project and updated us daily. If we had any issues or concerns he addressed them within 24 hours. We are very happy with the final product. We cannot recommend Pro Tile & Marble enough. We will definitely go through them in the future to see if they can help us on any project we have.
