A fun place to go when there is not 8 thousand kids there. It is to small of an area and not enough room with that many people in the establishment with the current status we are in with the coronavirus. they should require to see vaccination card or mandate mask beyond entry. the games are fun however they are rigged and you cant always win. the customer service could have some improvements, they are underage teenagers who require more training than adults would and they sometimes get snappy with the little kids. read more

Looked fun until we got to the greasy pit. My kid lost his shoe in the laser tag room. He went looking for it and found a mouse by his shoe. He was so traumatized that he did not sleep for days. Just when we thought our day could not get worse we found hair in our pizza. Last time I checked pizza doesn't come with hair. I have never heard of peperoni hair pizza. It was a greasy strand as well. Customer service was awful. Teenagers were very rude to me and my family. Awful place to go. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!!!!! read more

Great addition to our little town as there isn't much to do in the winter. We love taking our family here and we all have fun! They have stuff for all ages, even a ball pit for toddler age. They also have an awesome snack bar that has a variety for all appetites big and small. Definitely recommend Allevity for good, wholesome, family entertainment. read more
