If you're a young attractive girl Chris can be a bit flirty with you (I take it I wasn't attractive at 15) but other than that it is a pretty good chippy. The food is always the right temperature, the curry sauce never spills out of the styrofoam cups, and the chips are some of the best I've ever tasted. I haven't been brave enough to eat their kebabs yet but even by kebab standards they do not look particularly appetising. The prices are okay but nothing exceptional to draw in the student crowd and I feel they need to try some more student orientated offers to keep them coming in. The staff are nice enough and they try hard to serve you quickly and efficiently which is what you want in terms of fast food. The shop itself doesnt look great from the front not dirty exaclty but perhaps a little bit scruffy which is not really what you want from a food establishment. We doused out box with vinegar, but couldn't taste it since it was so watered down. Overall not what we were looking forward to. Next time (if there is one), I would just get a full fillet of fish and not the 'special'.
