I shared my insecurities about my nose, it was crooked, too large and had a hump. I was told a combined septo-rhinoplasty would help both function and appearance. I asked for a very natural result and stressed that breathing was my top priority. Ginger reassured me I was in the best hands, emphasizing that he would revise until I was happy. Which should've been a red flag. Recovery was manageable and not too painful. When the cast came off, I was in shock. As the swelling went down, my nose looked more asymmetrical, scarred, and unnatural. And most disappointingly, my breathing hadn't improved, if anything, it was worse. Six months later, I underwent a revision septoplasty with Dr Menachof which made no significant difference. I'm now over two years post surgery, breathing has not improved. My cosmetic concerns have been brushed off and they have referred me to a cosmetic surgeon who can do filler in the nose. I refuse to do any filler and can't believe this is my result. Only recently did I discover that during the original surgery, Dr. Menachof had performed radiofrequency coblation turbinate reduction, something I wasn't clearly informed about or given the chance to fully understand the risk of Empty Nose Syndrome, and I now live with symptoms that match it, my right nostril feels painfully dry and obstructed despite it being wide open. My left nostril is constantly leaking and it seems to have only gotten worse over time, and all efforts to remedy it do not help. It's exacerbated I do any type of exercise, eating, talking, etc. It is humiliating, frustrating and a constant reminder of this mistake I made. Despite multiple follow-ups, Dr. Menachof continued to dismiss my concerns, saying everything "looks great" and that I'm just one of the unlucky ones. I wish I could undo the decision to trust him. I look back at old photos and realize I never needed this surgery and certainly not with this provider. I am beyond devastated and frustrated with my results and functional issues I now experience. I've become depressed and no longer can enjoy the things I used to in this life. If you're considering rhinoplasty, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I wish someone had warned me. Just know it is possible to have worse nasal function and appearance than what you have now, don't take it for granted like I did. I will not post photos here but there are some on other platforms.

I arrived for a hearing test and to investigate hearing loss and pressure in my left ear. My hearing was in-fact worse in my left ear according to the hearing test results. After the test and waiting half an hour in the examination room for Dr. Reichman to come in, I decided to open the door and see if they had forgotten about me. A couple minutes later, Dr. Reichman comes in, spends tops 3 minutes looking in my ears and mouth, and tells me I'm fine then walks out of the room and said I could leave. It was clear he didn't care to understand the problem and just wanted to move on with his day. Overall it was a pretty big waste of time and money (aside from getting the hearing test results). Now I'm on my own again to find out what's actually happening with my ear. Save yourself some time and frustration and see a different ENT doctor other than Dr. Reichman.

I found a doc that was low on my list and made an appointment for five weeks out. I was happy to see that once Saturday morning arrived there were new appointments available, and after refreshing the list of openings throughout the morning, an appointment came up with one of the doctors at the top of my list. I quickly grabbed that appointment and canceled the first one. My appointment was today with Dr. Anne Safley, and I was absolutely thrilled with her! She is personable, caring and has the emphasis on preventive medicine that I was looking for. She patiently listened to my concerns, validated them, and ordered the tests and screenings that I was looking for. I am so so happy to have found her. I also have to say that her nursing staff was also very personable and caring. Such a relief to feel like I have found my forever doctor.

Obviously he has the medical background and is certified to treat ENT and allergy issues but he'll present you with options and collectively the Doctor and patient will make a decision on the approach. He also encourages patients to take responsibility for their health and research products and treatments so they are comfortable with what they're doing to their body. And to boot, he is personable and makes you feel comfortable discussing your medical issues. If you're in the need of an ENT/Allergy Doctor I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah for a consultation.

This resulted in Dr Considine coming in 2 hrs earlier everyday to make sure her customers were taken care of and responded to. I was one of those calling in and was struck by how much Dr Considine cared about her patients. This was truly superior customer service. She wanted to "clean" my ear (apparently by sticking sharp metal forceps into it *unannounced*) and then laughed at me when I found this scary with my past ear history. She scoffed at and dismissed my concerns. *I took her advice and perforated my eardrum* snorkeling in 5 feet of water a few weeks later. This involved pain, fear, and visiting Urgent Care while on vacation. I am sharing this review in hopes that others can avoid what I went through by avoiding this place. Dr. Considine clearly has no understanding of ear injuries and water. I recommend googling physicians approved by the Divers Alert Network (DAN) and going to one of them.

Very young physicians assistant or nurse practitioner was resistant to giving me 2 Valium for my back. I'm almost 60 not addicted to benzos and know what works! My back was out and Valium helps relax my muscles.
