Well, NOT Joe, he was making me pay for the service before my dad came to even get the massage! But what was worse, is here I am extremely busy like completely and utterly so busy and I have tons of family staying in my home for a wedding in a few days and lots going on and he had sent an invoice to my email, Now mind you I am not on my phone or having time to check texts or emails I am busy and who pays for a service prior, duh thats not normal well he had texted me something about paying this invoice and I just didn't have time to even really look at it much cuz my dad was just going to pay the money after and I was very busy!! Well 3 hours prior to the appointment time he texted me and says invoice hasn't been paid and I am canceling the appointment for your Dad Seriously!??? Why!!??? You actually thought someone was going to come to an appointment and not pay and especially me, that is NOT my character or my dad's and the most confusing part and why I say the way Joe conducts business is really odd and not OK because right on the square app when you book pictured below it says: Payment is due at your appointment!!!!! Unfortunately for me, he felt free to make inappropriate comments during our session (having a client that was a porn star who offered to work in trade and risqué tattoos he's seen near female clients' inner thighs). I did tell him at the end that the porn star comment made me uncomfortable. He somewhat apologized, saying he had not been getting enough sleep recently. There were a few other things that bothered me: working under the sheet instead of making a secure drape with the top sheet and working underneath my underwear to get to my hip (could've worked over them just as effectively). When I told him that going under my panties wasn't necessary, he said "I didn't think I was doing that". Then he followed me out to my car...? This was the most energetically uncomfortable session I have had in the almost 20 years I've been getting them. Shame on me for not stopping it after the first creepy comment, but shame on this person who according to their site has taken multiple courses on ethics and professionalism.

Then I remembered that Gary Vigeant fixed it for me last time, so I texted him for an appointment. I went in, he did his magic, and the pain is gone - I can fall asleep easy again! You should know that Gary is not a regular masseur used for relaxation or to release tension. He is a professional therapist that prides himself on "fixing" your injury using various hands-on and specific techniques. He is awesome! The problem with his business model is that he cures you and then you don't need him anymore, so he continually needs new clients. His prices are very reasonable (cheaper than I paid for the spa massage with an upgrade)! He will talk about anything which is a nice distraction from what he is doing sometimes, but if you prefer quiet, just let him know and he will happily oblige. I know I sound like an infomercial, but I get nothing from plugging him. I am just a super thankful client and I want to make sure he is in business for a long time! I think most people just don't know that there are other medical solutions for physical ailments that doctors are not taught anything about. Try it and you will not be disappointed!
