About 15 minutes later got a phone call from Keith letting me know he was 15 minutes out he showed up right on time and could not be more professional, helpful, or friendly Breaking down is never fun, but it definitely helped having such a professional company respond to the AAA request Keith could not have been better or more professional Definitely recommend Pigg Towing.

My truck broke down on a rural highway and AAA dispatch sent out Pigg towing to tow me back to Amarillo. I requested the tow at 11:30pm. Pigg towing accepted the dispatch, and Dispatch said they'd be here around 1:00. At 1:00, I got an electronic update that their ETA had changed to "TBD". It's now 5:00am, as I still sit here waiting. AAA Dispatch has tried calling them multiple times as have I and neither of us has gotten an answer or update. I realize that, in the towing business, things happen that prevent tow trucks from getting to you when they expected - that's life, but to get absolutely no communication from them for going on 5.5 hours is just bad business.

Then told tires were "blown out" . I know they were not cuz DPS wanted me to drive it sure wish I had!! But biggest kick was when he said my son and his friend could push it!! Lol! I thought ohh yeah I'll pay this place and I'll push it OUT myself if I have to!! Idc how long u have been in business common courtesy, respect and simple kindness goes a long long way!
