This is a copy and paste of someone post…read more Absolutely will NEVER do business this this car lot again!!! They sold me a vehicle that has broke down on me in the first 3 weeks of having it. When I tried to speak to Mr. Stewart about it he was very demeaning and rude to me. When I asked him if he speaks to all women this way he told me I needed to leave, that he was done with me. HOWEVER, I couldn't leave because the car they sold me was outside OVERHEATING!! He told me I could just be towed off the lot if I didn't like what he was saying. When I mentioned turning in 2 of my vehicles because I needed a reliable car he said "I didn't make any money off your car. I had to put $2,000 into it" which is hilarious because when I walked outside BALLING the mechanic says "you know the only thing that was wrong with your car was the alternator wire was loose". Not knowing what his boss had just said. Upon leaving I walked in and took this picture of the man who treats his customers like s*it he sent me out with a nice LOUD "Fuck you!" I called a a week in advance to make an appointment for an oil change. I'm currently borrowing my…read moremother's car who has a lifetime warranty with the company. I arrive to my 10:40am appointment early to check in. The men in the service room all concluded that no one made an appointment under that name. I most certainly made an appointment. The man I was speaking with blankly stared at me as if I was the one that lost my appointment. They said the soonest they could fit me in was in an hour. Obviously I waited the hour because this is where the vehicles oil must be changed due to the warranty. I'm disappointed to say the least of the company's lack of organization and the lack of taking responsibility in one's mistake. Besides that, the seats in the lounge are quite comfortable and there is refreshments as well as a charging station for phones, tablets, etc. I hope to have a better experience with this company in the future.

I had already been given the run around from 3 dealerships in my area. Well worth the drive!!!!
