They were out at my place within hours to start the process of pumping water out and getting everything dried. They were extremely professional. Advised me of each step they were taking to keep me "in the know" so I wouldn't stress, showed up each day on time, and always answered my calls. I was very thankful to have such conscientious people helping me. I also found out they do reconstruction and can redo my walls and floors, etc. That was a nice surprise. I will be using Servpro for that too. I understand their slogan like it never even happened."

Every time I needed ServPro, they stepped up above and beyond. Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess. I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory. A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up. I called Servpro and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done. Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again. Thank you Les, and Dave was who I worked with today.

I spoke with Tim, the owner, asking for duct cleaning following NADCA guidelines, in which he said they could do and then asked me to send in a copy of our report stating that we needed to have them cleaned that way, as if I were lying. I scheduled the service. Two young kids showed up at my door. First they asked if they were cleaning the upstairs or downstairs ducts which they should have already known it was a full house appointment. Secondly, when I asked if they were going to follow NADCA protocol they both looked puzzled and said they didn't know anything about that. I made a phone call to SP & they told me they could follow the guidelines but I was not going to allow two young kids who were not qualified to do so, nor even knew what I was talking about, clean our system! I sent them on their merry way. After already spending almost $50K on a remediation I was not going to pay for them to spread further mold spores into our home. I am now scrambling to find a company that can do it in a timely manner. I could have already been on the books with someone else but they have wasted our time and set our clean up WAY behind schedule. Feel as if the owner thought he could pull one over on me, that I wouldn't know the difference, but little did he know I know a thing or two when it comes to mold/endotoxin remediation!!! Highly irritated and frustrated to say the least!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR PROPER MOLD REMEDIATION OF ANY SORT!

Nathan not only was timely and efficient but he talked me through the entire process of what needed to be addressed in order to mitigate my situation. I was given a rate from a previous water mitigation company and Nathan was happy to give a competitive assessment/estimate for what my home needs. I appreciated the patience I was shown and how transparent my consultation process went with Nathan. He made me feel secure with the decision I was making moving forward. I truly recommend the Schultz Restoration company because they treat you like family.

Wright Furniture & Flooring - Damaged leg to a couch they delivered that most likely caused the damage on the door.

Our family recently bought three pieces of furniture from Wright Furniture & Flooring. The…read moresalespeople were super helpful and friendly. We picked pieces from a line sold as a "higher quality" line. When our delivery arrived, two of the three pieces came in and were absolutely perfect. The third piece was defective. It had a clear manufacturer's defect. We did not accept delivery of the third piece. The delivery team took it "back to the shop" and came back in a short while with it "fixed." It was better but still not fixed, so we sent it it back again. In the past, when we have bought furniture from other dealers, we have had the option or returning defective products for a new one. After all, it is not the dealer's fault if the manufacturer made a mistake. However, this is not the case with Wright Furniture and Flooring. Apparently, if they receive a piece that is defective, they fix it in house and declare it new and in "good working order." That means, you MUST accept it as is. Anyone who has ever bought anything knows that if you alter a product, the seller will not accept it back if you alter it. Buyer beware that if you order something from Wright, they will not send it back to the manufacturer and get you a new one that is made properly. They will "fix" it. They will also not refund your money for a faulty product because it is not their fault. They will not offer you a store credit, they will not offer a refund, and they will change their story several times. And we were told that we cannot refuse delivery if the piece comes a third time and is still defective. They have deemed it fine, and so it must be so. The "fix" done by Wright will void any warranty from the manufacturer if there is one. So, be very careful about ordering something that is not on the showroom floor. The overall experience with the furniture shopping was good enough that we went back and ordered a large carpet piece to be made into a rug. We had planned on returning for additional rugs and maybe more furniture pieces if the need arose. The interactions we had about this one small piece of furniture have left such a sour taste in our mouths, that we will actively avoid doing business with them in the future. IF I buy ANYTHING from them again, I will NOT buy something I cannot inspect in store myself. I advise others to do the same.
