He is very polite, informative, easy to talk to and answers all my questions in a complete manner to my satisfaction. He offers suggestions to such things as sinus problems affecting eye health, extra strength glasses for continuous computer use and case study reports of family history information for eye diseases. For Dr. Coward I give him 5 stars! I do however find some of the staff lacking in attentiveness. I had three pre eye exams and was not informed of the "puff" of air to my eyes during one test. It was startling and upsetting. They also seem very "mundane" in their attitudes towards their jobs and the procedure tasks they are required to do. The call I received to remind me of my eye appointment was an hour before my actual appointment! and it was like she was reading from a script. For his staff I give them 2 stars.
