Let me start by saying during these uncharted times, the Chippewa Chiropractic Clinic is extremely clean. Everything is sanitized regularly and there are several hand-sanitizer dispensers to stay clean. I've never felt unsafe visiting this office even while during a global pandemic. Masks are required and the friendly staff will take your temperature upon arrival to ensure the safety of everyone within the clinic. I have had so many wonderful experiences with Dr. Lou and all of the staff at Chippewa Chiropractic. I look forward to every visit due to the level of care provided and the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. I have been a patient here for many years, but it had been a few years since my last visit. Over the past several months, I was experiencing pain radiating from my neck and shoulder down to my clavicle. In addition to this, I had lower back pain that no mattress or sleep position could alleviate. I called to make an appointment and when I walked through the door, they treated me like family. The staff was as welcoming as ever and Dr. Lou was the same amazingly friendly and compassionate person that I remembered. I explained some of the pain that I was experiencing and even mentioned some other intermittent issues that I was having. Dr. Lou went to work right away with a thorough examination of key vitals and my range of motion. After the first adjustment, I felt some relief, but Dr. Lou established a care plan over a few visits to ensure long-term improvement and recovery. After only a few adjustments and following the recommended exercises, I no longer have any pain in my neck, shoulder, or clavicle. I also no longer have any pain or discomfort in my lower back which means I can finally sleep through the night again! Throughout this experience, I've learned that another problem I was having was due to a lack of magnesium intake. Dr. Lou (who is also a pharmacist) made a friendly suggestion to add a daily magnesium supplement and I am amazed by the improvements this small adjustment has made. Dr. Lou does not leave any stones unturned. He wants us all to feel great from top to bottom! Dr. Lou and his amazing staff also have the occasional "Cookie Day" where they prepare safely wrapped baked goods for their patients as a 'Thank You' and token of appreciation for choosing them. Dr. Lou and his staff do not take your health or your business for granted. They truly appreciate you and your overall well-being. Chippewa Chiropractic Clinic truly cares, and that's why I will be a customer, patient, and friend of theirs forever (seriously, they really do treat you like family).
