He did a free consultation had me get some X-rays and we started my plan of stopping the progression of degeneration and rebuilding and recovery. I just had my 2 reevaluation and the progress is anything short of phenomenal. I was hyper focused on my neck and not being able to move it that I didn't notice all the other issues that I had because I had become accustomed to the way my body felt. But during the review I was really concentrating on pointing out the improvements I have experienced that I didn't even have on my radar when I first went in . The range of motion in my shoulder improved by almost 50% I had a knot on my hand and 2 fingers that would not completely bend, complications from a previous surgery. ( knot is 90% smaller and fingers bend and move independently I would take 3-4 steps before my back would straighten out when standing up. I can now pop up and take off. I have lost 20Lbs with out changing my diet ( I do already eat a healthy clean diet ) My posture has greatly improved shoulders are naturally back and I stand taller. Digestive issues are really cleared up. And level of pain that I had just chalked up to getting older is greatly diminished! Thank you Dr.Mike! Would recommend him to my Mother and Grandmother and that is saying something!!

With that kind of back pain, relief won't be instant. But relief will come and it will be without prescription pain killers. That was eight years ago, and I have been a patient ever since. Having regular chiropractic treatment is like having regular dental checkups . . . it prevents big problems from happening. The other thing I LOVE about Finn is their flexibility in scheduling and changing appointments.

I had seen another chiropractor before, but treatment did not address any of the issues I had. Many visits with doctors over the years saw me taking a lot of meds that weren't helping and then backing them up with a lot of Ibuprofen. My body was becoming very tired of this and depression began to hit hard. I took a chance on Dr. Ram and the Discover Wellness Center and it may have been an absolutely life-altering chance. I began decompression therapy about a week ago and I am already beginning to feel some relief. The headaches have begun to dissipate, my lower back pain has reduced slightly and I am feeling more able-bodied than before I began therapy. I am taking less Ibuprofen and have stopped one unnecessary drug already. It isn't just chiropractic care, it is a whole more homeopathic approach to wellness that has proven successful thus far. I was given information on an anti-inflammatory diet as well as an anti-inflammatory herbal supplement and some Biofreeze rub on when needed. I was supplied with a belt which holds an ice pack to ice my back after treatments. This has helped tremendously and while the diet is not the easiest, I have been able to keep on it. Three cheers to Dr. Ram and his entire staff for actually helping me work out issues instead of covering them up. This little place is truly a diamond amidst all of Butler.
