After hearing his name from several trusted clients, I scheduled my initial consultation.  He listened attentively and took thorough detailed medical, genealogical and relevant personal history.  He recommend a battery of tests with follow up to discuss initial treatments.    Following my diagnostics of full blood work, hormones, Dutch test, Gut Zoomer and SIBO testing, I learned that I was gluten intolerant and in menopause at the age of 45 (which many doctors had told me was not a thing- I was too young).  Dr. Citrin put me on gut enzymes and a gluten free diet to start, and also encouraged weight lifting regimen- I lost 6# in just a few weeks and for the first time in almost a year, my GI signs began to resolve and I didn't feel bloated all the time.  At the next consult we began discussing HRT with the goal to try to get me out of menopause and into perimenopause.  I started transdermal estrogen patches and oral progesterone.  For the first time in nearly a decade, I began having a regular cycle.  Brain fog lifted, and my overall energy improved.  Within 6 months, I was down 10# and feeling better, but I really did want to aim for "best I have ever felt in my life." Dr. Citrin took these goals very seriously and began adding peptides, NAD, and a few other hormone tweaks.  I am now 10 months from my initial consult, and I am down over 20#, and have lost 11% body fat.  I did not lose even 0.5# of muscle during my weight loss due to a diet of high protein, high fiber, and weight training.  Somewhere in the mix, I also realized that my lifelong psoriasis has completely resolved. I have no plaques or "scars" that are normally evident even in periods of clear skin. My hair and nails are growing at an accelerated rate-- my hairstylist is seeing a ton of new growth and commented that my hair is growing faster.  Vitality and clarity are higher than I can remember even in my early twenties.  Dr. Citrin is very personable and attentive, his precision and attention to detail unparalleled. Nothing is ever rushed and medical decisions are made collaboratively.  Your medical issues are resolved from the root source and not masked with medications or brushed off as "natural/ normal for this stage of life."  He is a rare combination of scientific rigor and heartfelt compassion that has catalyzed meaningful change in my life.  His office staff are always kind and responsive.  I am so incredibly thankful to be under the care of this clinic.   Start: Age 45 Weight 126.8 Percent body fat 29% BMI - 23 Diet- clean, no processed food Current: Age 46 Weight 105.6 Percent body fat: 18.4% BMI 18.1 Diet -no gluten, no processed sugar, high protein and fiber

I've never heard of any establishment imposing that charge other customers or clients. You offer payment options as a convenience to people for your services. At first I thought it's the staff then I realized it's the employer himself that is imposing all this as well as allowing his staff to be so inefficient. You leave multiple messages for the doctor to contact you and he never responds. The staff hangs up on you as you're still talking. It's really sad how these practices get away with this type of behavior.

Dr. Rahbar has done a great job of listening to me, providing a comprehensive plan, and has a wealth of knowledge and is able to explain his plan and methodology in detail. He has great bedside manners and has an exceptional wealth of knowledge ranging not just strictly in the GI areas, but as well as expertise in the other organs and systems of the body. He has also helped to answer my calls numerous times when I had urgent health inquiries, even during off-business hours, without any complaint. It wasn't an overnight fix, but within the first year I was active and exercising again and finally felt like myself. I've now been seeing Dr. Perrin for over three years and just turned 50. I've lost the weight I gained, my energy is back, and I genuinely feel better at 50 than I did in my mid-40s. They have a heart - that this survey does not. Over the years that I have seen them - they light up and we share a brief moment a connection - sure we get down to the business of medical care and things may move fast - but they keep their eyes on the details - while still being decent and maintaining humanity and compassion. She had weakness and loss of control on her left side, and although she could walk, it was very difficult for her. After our consultation, I purchased the supplements and medications recommended by Dr. Galili. To my surprise, within just five days, I started noticing positive changes. My mom's toes began moving again after being completely frozen. Her circulation improved significantly, and her foot no longer turns blue like it used to. She can now move her left leg across her right leg without using her hands to help, something she couldn't do before. Her foot feels lighter, more normal, and she has regained some independence. In addition, One of the most remarkable improvements has been in my mom's speech. Before starting treatment, she often struggled to find words and communicate clearly. Her memory and focus have improved tremendously. She has more energy, can concentrate on tasks better, and is making progress that we had been hoping and praying for over the past several years. I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Galili and his entire team. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about his patients. Based on my annual checkup, my general practitioner had noticed a very slightly positive result for autoimmune disease, so she recommended I go to a rheumatologist to get tested just in case. The copay was $73 (there's no fee if you pay with cash - I don't go to doctors often but I've never heard of a cash discount at one). The staff and doctors are super nice, and it's a nice building. It's adjacent to Culver City, after all. We reviewed my results in-person at the next appointment a couple weeks later. There was nothing indicating I had an autoimmune disease and basically no concerns because I wasn't displaying any symptoms, but they had me book another appointment. I honestly didn't know what I was going for (mentioning again that I don't really go to doctors because don't really have symptoms), but since I wasn't charged for the results appointment for visit #2, I just went with it. For this third appointment, I had to pay another $73 copay and I did bloodwork again. I was given my results over the phone this time. And then a fourth appointment was scheduled for a few months later. However, I've finally realized that they'll just keep scheduling appointments, have me pay these copays as well as Labcorp who interprets the bloodwork, probably until forever. Even though again, *I am not displaying any symptoms." It wasn't until my friend who actually has an autoimmune disease was like, "Why are you going? I literally only go when I have symptoms." So like I said in the beginning - I'm sure it's a great place if you actually need to go because you're experiencing pain, discomfort, and other symptoms. But if you're generally healthy and the only suggestions they have for you are to take Vitamin D and K12 pills, consume more Vitamin C, and ice your knee after you workout if you feel any slight pain, then you're probably good to sit this out. Also want to note that even if you make an appointment, you could be sitting for 45 minutes. I'll never understand that about doctor appointments. If you're 10 minutes late, it's a huge deal. But if you arrive on time and then you sit for 30+ minutes, it's just accepted. So in terms of parking pro-tips - there's parking across Venice in the neighborhoods and the parking garage a block away gives you one hour free. But again, that can be risky since the wait time is unpredictable.
