Outstanding Experience with Black Mountain Drilling I cannot…read moresay enough good things about my experience with Black Mountain Drilling. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. AJ was the driller who came out to my property, and I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He quickly assessed the site, answered all of my questions, and found water much faster than I ever expected. It was obvious that he has years of experience and truly knows his craft. Watching him work gave me a great deal of confidence that the job was being done correctly. After the well was completed, Dan coordinated the installation of my submersible pump. He made the process easy to understand, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was set up properly. The pump installation crew was equally impressive--friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire project was the communication. Everyone at Black Mountain Drilling was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. In today's world, finding a company that shows up on time, does exactly what they promise, and provides excellent customer service is becoming rare, and Black Mountain Drilling exceeded my expectations in every regard. If you're looking for a company to drill a well, install a pump, or handle water system work, I would highly recommend Black Mountain Drilling. AJ, Dan, and the entire team were outstanding to work with, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Black Mountain Drilling for a job well done!
