My daughter had the pharmacy call her office on 3 occasions over a month to get a med refill. Neither of us received a call that she needed to be seen before the med could be refilled. Thus my daughter went without her meds for a month. Finally I called and found out she needed a yealry appt. how hard is it to call your patient ? So when my daughter went, even though we have ins and most providers bill what ins does not pay, Bev would not see her without $60 upfront. I get it if she were not an established patient as well as our entire family with Deere insurance, But we have been with her since the beginning. After not calling her that she needed to be seen and turning her away over a copay that we have always been good for, Bev decided to place money over care. She has always gotten paid. I explained I had an HSA card coming to me and wanted to pay out of that, but would not treat my daughter without her co pay. Again. We were established patients. I am deeply disappointed. Don't go here. Find a physician that won't turn a kid away over a few bucks when the family has always paid the provider.

I could barely work, I was supposed to be full-time but was essentially part time. After 3 years of this, I decided to see Dr. Rexroth. He was the first chiropractor or clinical nutritionist I saw, and the first doctor to make any recommendations that I actually saw any benefit from. I started as a chiropractic patient of his for my migraines and after he found out I had IBS he took extra time to do research and explain to me what he found out, always making new recommendations. I've been a patient of his for 3 years now. I never have any migraines, he also completely eliminated my back pain from my scoliosis and I consider myself CURED of my IBS. He really knows his stuff, cares about your well-being, and I have recommended him to ALL my friends and family.

We can't say enough good things about Non-Emergency Transport, Inc. (NET) and the amazing people…read morewho run it. Before arriving, my wife and I researched transportation options and saw that Uber, Lyft, and taxis were supposedly available in Muscatine. We came into town in our small boat on a Saturday evening, thinking we'd easily find a ride service once we got to shore -- but quickly learned that wasn't the case. During our planning, we had already discovered that none of the nearby hotels allowed pets, so we booked one about three miles away to accommodate our small dog. That's when we realized we had no way to get there. In a bit of a panic, we found NET online and decided to give them a call. To our relief, they answered right away and sent a driver promptly. The driver was kind, professional, and the price was very reasonable -- a bright spot in what had been a stressful evening. Later that night, we found out the hotel couldn't provide transportation back downtown. When I called NET again, they told us they normally don't operate on Sundays, but they'd make an exception to help us out. The next morning, the owner himself arrived right on time, taking time out of his Sunday before church to give us a ride. He was incredibly gracious and even shared more about the company he and his wife founded to help others in the community. NET didn't just give us a ride -- they gave us peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about people and about making Muscatine a better place. Their compassion and dedication go far beyond what you'd expect from a transportation company. If you ever find yourself in Muscatine and need a ride -- or just want to support a local business that genuinely makes a difference -- call NET first. They are absolute lifesavers, and we're deeply grateful for their kindness.
