This establishment is family owned and they're a wonderful family! Mrs Karen always makes sure all the rules and regulations are followed to the T. She has very good teachers for the little ones! My son went there from the age of 2 all the way to VPK. He went to kindergarten already reading, able to do basic math and knew his shapes and colors. They definitely get them ready for school. He was never scared or unhappy to go there. He had a great teacher (Miss D) who had a firm but caring way (he needed that!). He is well adjusted and socialized and loved his teachers, including subs or rotating scheduled ones. We were kept well informed of any needs for improvement so we could coach him and work with them to help with social concerns. I would have to run back to his classroom to get a forgotten hat, coat, etc and when walking through the classrooms I couldn't help but notice how fresh it smelled. You could tell the end of day was dedicated daily to CLEANING. They wouldn't let him stay if he was sick. (I had him at a private daycare previously that didn't even inform me until I went to pick him up that he had a 104 fever and was bright pink *AND* other children were playing around him: NOT ALLENS, ( this was at Casper, Stephanie Family Care). He was isolated, up front and not around other children when I came to get him. They even called me with a "Hey, he has had a few episodes of diarrhea, one more and you will have to come get him. It's helpful to a working mom to put in a notice instead of just dropping trough. Honestly though, he was rarely sick at this daycare. We were worried since we hear about sick kids at daycare spreading, but it seemed he only caught stuff from us, not the other way around. We still use them for holidays when school is closed and they are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. They may not be the most modern, but I felt secure (cameras everywhere, Grandma got questioned thoroughly until they got to know her) and didn't have any bad "Mom vibes". read more

If I could give this daycare 0 stars, I would. Where do I begin? First of all, this daycare's primary concern is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. They have "summer activities" for the kids, each activity is an additional fee. IT IS A JOKE. They could careless about your kid, they only care about making money. The owner is a lady and her and daughter run the daycare. You will never find any of them working or contributing in any way, all they do is sit in the office and collect your money. Nap time is 11:00am-2:00pm. They want your child to take a 3 hour nap to make their days go by faster and they don't even allow the children to use the bathroom before naptime. My son has been potty trained since before he turned 2, yet during nap time at least once a week, he pees and when I ask him why he didn't use the bathroom, he says it's because the teacher didn't let him. I picked my son up one day and he had a swollen eye and he also stated that the teacher pull is hair to hurt him The teacher had no idea how it happened and why he reported it. I went and reported to the directo of the daycare , she automatically stop me from speaking and said the teachers never touch the kids my son is lying. your child will come home with all of these and the daycare will have no idea where they came from. I honestly feel bad for the "teachers" because they are probably working for $5 an hour, if that, most don't even speak English the only speak Spanish .The turnover in this daycare is out of control. My son went there less than 2 years and I can't even count how many teachers have come and gone from his class. This daycare is filthy. This provider kicked my kids out because I was concerned that they had no record of my older son being there. The state inspected them and the same day I was told not to bring them back. Something strange is going on at this place and they try to cover it up, they are only hurting the kids. Not to mention the director is never there and refused to speak to me about the letter she composed about them leaving. We have been with this place for almost 2 years and this is how they treat the kids. read more
