STAY AWAY This is…read morenot my normal orthodontist, but I came here when my retainers broke and I needed replacements ASAP. It's easy to get an appointment, but both time I've been here, I've waited at least at hour to be seen. I got new retainers made and mentioned that I grind my teeth and had a night guard, so they gave me the "thickest retainer". Under a year later, the retainers are already cracking and I grinded through them. Then they mentioned that I might need a mouth guard, which I mentioned when I came in, but they said they can't do it. They named a bunch of alternatives and the appointment was maybe 10 min after waiting for over an hour to be seen. I'm never giving this place any more money.

I have been getting the runaround regarding this matter, and I am extremely concerned about the…read morecare my minor child received. We originally came in for a routine wire change. However, during the appointment, an entire bracket came off, and my son was bleeding. When he came out of the treatment room, I noticed the issue immediately and asked him to smile. That is when I saw the missing bracket. The dental assistant did not notify me the parent about the bracket coming off or the bleeding. Instead, she simply told my son that he needed to brush his teeth better because his gums were bleeding. The bleeding was not due to poor brushing; it occurred because the wire was not properly placed and the bracket had come off. It is unacceptable that a minor was expected to communicate this information rather than the staff informing me directly. I requested to speak with the doctor that same day and was told that would not be possible until the next appointment. At our early February appointment, I made it very clear that I did not want that same dental assistant working on my child again. Despite expressing my concerns clearly, when I checked my son in, she was assigned to him again. The entire staff was aware of my request. The doctor who was on site that day also knew about my concerns, yet walked away without addressing the situation. My concerns have consistently been ignored, and I do not feel that my child's care or my parental concerns have been taken seriously. I am requesting a formal discussion with the doctor regarding this incident and the discontinuation of services if this matter cannot be handled appropriately. I have clearly advised your staff that I no longer wish to continue services. However, I am repeatedly being told that I must meet with the owner before any action can be taken. My February appointment was specifically scheduled because I was informed the owner would be present to discuss this matter. That information was inaccurate, as the owner was not available, and my concerns were not addressed. I do not appreciate being misled. At this time, please consider this written notice that my son and I will not be returning to your office for any further services. I am formally requesting that the contract be voided effective immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly and professionally, I am prepared to pursue further action as necessary. At this point, I would have rather continued flying back to Orlando, where I originally began my orthodontic treatment, instead of experiencing the ongoing issues and lack of communication I have encountered here. This entire situation has been an unnecessary headache and has caused significant frustration.

I wanted to share some honest feedback based on my recent experiences with this office. While the…read morepractice promotes a warm, patient‑first environment, it has started to feel less personal over time. There seems to be frequent staff turnover, which makes it difficult to build consistency or feel at ease knowing who will be providing care. Please Note, my hygienest has been consistent and very good at what she do which I truly appreciate. I've also experienced gaps in follow‑up when requesting quotes or asking questions, which added frustration and uncertainty. Additionally, the increased use of automated and AI‑driven tools, while efficient, has made interactions feel more transactional than personal. The website also does not appear to be regularly updated with information about new staff members, which makes it hard to feel comfortable or informed about who will be involved in treatment. Overall, the experience no longer feels as welcoming or consistent as it once did, and now has be consider other options that offers more continuity and a stronger personal connection in care. .

Dr. Sani is Money Hungry. He creates unnecessary jobs and charge you. He exhausted all my…read moreinsurance benefit for one extraction and one partial tooth. He never sends the statement in advance and he just charge you and your insurance as much as he can. My story, We saw him last year for extracting one tooth because we need a surgent. After extraction we thanks him and told him we want to go back to our dentist for partial tooth. After we left office, he sends his secretary and asks us to go back to the office. Dr. was very concern!!!! He said he would like to have one panorama X-ray to evaluate the teeth since you should have clearance for the heart surgery. He got the X-ray, and say one tooth under the bridge may have a problem. My husband and I told him we do not want to do any dental work before talking to the doctor. We left the office for the second time and he charged us for extraction, x-rays and partial???. Next visit, he convinced my husband that he must remove the tooth for clearance purpose and he assured us that he keeps the existing bridge. We foolishly believed that he may concern about his health!!!. We agree to remove the tooth and save the bridge and he did it!!! Left the office with good faith. Next visit, He should remove the stitches, and put the bridge back permanently. However, he just plays with the other two teeth and at the end he said he cannot use the original bridge and ha make a temporary bridge for nine teeth and send a bill for about $11,000. After one hour, when my husband came home I called the office and told the secretary, (Angey) that please do not make the permanent bridge and I also said- the doctor makes a "high way" in my husband mouth instead bridge!!. Two hours later I called again to make sure that they got my massage. This time I talk to Eddy, and told her -if I have to pay this much money I rather to give to my dentist and, please do not make the permanent bridge. And she said, "yes we know, and I pass your concerns to doctor". About week after one lady, Nahid, from his office called and wanted to convinced my husband that the temporary bridge may leach and is not good for his heath. She also said we made the permanent bridge at the same day before the phone calls!!!At the time the temporary bridge was broken, and we saw our dentist. The dentist told us that making a bridge for nine teeth is wrong also, he found the one tooth that is holding the bridge is loose. He said is good that you did not put the permanent because you lose all the money. I have the picture of the loose tooth for my file. Also, for second opinion we saw another dentist. It is confirmed by both doctors that the tooth is lose and has cavity and should be extracted. After, almost one year, I have received a letter from collection agency that I owe $ 6500. (Why he discounted??? I do not know!!!) I called agency and explained the situation, he was agree with me, he said, " it seems you are honest about it since I never see this much work was done on one person mouth. Short the story he charged over and over for one job, and I am absolutely agreed with one reviewer that he wrote- he will very well give you a root canal and crown even if you don't need it and even then, it will fall apart a year or so.
