THIS TIME, I wouldn't be able to say anything but agree with the complaints that most people have had... THEY WONT CALL BACK! My tree has been taken care of, no thanks to Top Flight

Very disappointing. Last October we had $1450 worth of tree removal. We have a stump remaining that…read morewe wanted ground last fall. The owner was here and spoke to us and said that the equipment was put away for the year but they would do it first thing in the spring. Since we would have to wait (it is very near the edge of our drive and we kept running onto it this winter with the snow plow. Very inconvenient) he would cover it for us. He never redid our estimate sheet we had received weeks earlier. I have called multiple times (for 5 months!)and the secretary keeps saying he will call me back. I finally got angry last time we spoke and said it was rude not to return one phone call about this and I would hope we did not have to resort to legal means. (No yelling; no swearing. Just that.) Her excuse. We are very busy. Today I get a snotty call saying it wasn't on the estimate sheet so they wouldn't do it. I know what occurred between the owner and us and this is a pretty lousy business practice. Here we are a year later and now they are sliding out of their commitment. Funny, when I called and they were going to receive money from us for this job I got a call back the same day. Mustn't have been very busy that day, right? Never will use them again. Here is the text I just received from her: Please note that no stumps were to be ground. We have completed the job in full:) please do not contact me further regarding this matter as you have been quite unfair and unkind. Thank you Beware of using them and don't take their word...get it in writing.

Everything was immaculate after their work... in fact it looked much better than when they started. And I've never been as satisfied with the stump removal. I even had neighbors comment on the fact that it was the best job they had ever seen.
