It doesn't even look like the same house anymore. The pricing was fair and the construction quality was top notch. Leo the owner was there everyday to personally supervise and work on the project. He even showed up on Saturday to finish the punch list items. I will need to have a retaining wall rebuilt in my back yard in the future. Leo and crew will be my first call. On the day of work, we came home and found work incomplete. Grass in greenhouse not cut. Small tree/bush at mailbox not trimmed at all. Very disappointing. Cannot recommend them. The upsetting part is we talked about what is to be done in person. and the guy agreed to the work and offered his quote. And we agreed to his quote and paid in full. Work performed did not meet our expectation. They called me next day and offered to complete work and fix. They did so as promised. Small hedge trimmed. and grass cut down. I have been having issues dealing with TruGreen lawn maintenance for over two years now. I would…read morecall and would be promised a retreat on my yard. The variety of weeds in my backyard is multiplying each week. I have indicated to their representatives who answer the phone that it does not do any good to come out on Thursdays because that is when the lawn mowing service is performed. They cannot see the full effect of the variety of weeds that are multiplying on that day. The last lady I talked to at TruGreen indicated that they show no retreats being done on my yard. I can assure you that I have made several calls. I would assume those should be noted in their computer system. I live in a townhouse so the size of my yard is small, but that should not be the main reason for not being able to reach someone to come out to discuss the issues over the last two years, and none of my issues being resolved. Some of the issues need to be resolved on their side, and that is not being done. Apparently, they have an internal issue of not telling the yard techs or the yard techs not doing the retreats if they are told about them. I am trying to reach someone outside of the Texas area to ask questions about their quality process and the lack of it not being reviewed from time to time. I am not the only one on my street who has been having problems with getting TruGreen to treat customers' lawns in accordance with their advertisements and correct issues in their quality process when they are made aware of them. We had a great experience from start to finish. They created a design that wasn't over the top but…read morewill still fill out beautifully with color over time. It matched exactly what we discussed during our visit at the house and really brought our vision to life (and they were reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes we received). They helped us pick out a great tree for the front yard and did an excellent job with the planting. They also installed a whole new front flower bed (with trees, shrubs, and decorative rock), removed the old vines on the back fence, and handled tree maintenance quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they were able to offer sprinkler system services and run water from an existing line over to the new tree and get the system back to functioning which should make everything seamless with the constant watering schedule needed on the beginning. The only hiccup was that the pool was left a complete mess after removing the vines next to it the first day. However, we messaged Noe (the lead) and he came out that same night to make it right. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed the issue. The only delay in the entire project was with the faux vines that were supposed to be replacing the live ones -- but that wasn't their fault. The supplier only shipped half the order. They were professional about it and didn't request the remaining payment until the final portion was completed and they came back and completed it when promised. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone needing any type of landscaping done.
