Drove over 6 hours to pick them up, only to find that 90% of the purchase were damaged and unsalable. Additionally over 50% of the purchase were totally different style Black boot from the 1950s which were deceptively covered up by a layer the Boots that I thought I had purchased. In my opinion all I did was pay a lot of money for this outfits trash. Disappointing and shady to say the least . I will never purchase from this outfit again.

The service however is where they lose all their business and credibility! They are rude, will accuse the buyer of lying, and just do everything in their power to lose customers, it's as if they are deliberately trying to lose business. It's strange!!! Review the feedback on eBay, also check out any online reviews about them. You will find a common theme within them pointing to to the customers always being out to scam/get them, threaten them etc. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone positive feedback and reviews. Someone that actually wants your business.

Some employees are nicer than others, for instance, yesterday I needed two rolls of chicken netting, but there was only one in the yard. I asked one employee if they had any more, and he said no, only what was there. Well, ten minutes later, inside the store, a man asked me how I was doing, and I said, I'd be better if I could get another roll of this netting, and he told me he had more in the back, so there you go. The young woman, Karlee, at the register was very nice, and she helped sign me up for the "Neighbors Club," so I appreciated her kind and helpful attitude, she was very nice. Overall, this place is pretty good, sometimes the prices are a little high, but sometimes with the sales and clearances, you can get some good deals too. And they also sell two of my favorite (once in a while, since I am supposed to be on a diet . . . LOL) snacks, Goo Goo Clusters, and Mexican Coke . . . :)

Needed upgrades on the phones we purchased through Walmart 3 years prior. Everything went…read moresmoothly, or so I thought. My daughter upgraded to a different phone than what I did. Got home and her phone worked perfectly, but my phone wouldn't connect to the network and even on wifi wasn't working. Went back the following day (Sunday) and was told no-one was there to fix the situation. Went back Monday and the person couldn't "get into my account." Had to return a third time and again was told they "Couldn't access my account." Luckily a T-Mobile store was close and after running back and forth, I got a different phone and went on my way. Fast forward 1 week later, I get my T-Mobile bill. The plan I have had for 3 years was changed without discussion or my consent by the Walmart employee. My bill went from $70 to $200. I remember stating more than once that I was very happy with my current plan that had been recommended by a Walmart employee (different person) 3 years before. I now had to spend an hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get this straightened out. Shame on the employee changing my plan without my knowledge, without my consent, and with no discussion.
