We tried the "easy things" and finally we determined that it needs to go to their shop. Pick up arrangements are made for the next business day. This is the second time I've been to them for help. The last time, a technician came to our shop and fixed it within the hour. Again, the service and response time was great and I was pleased with the cost to have that done.

Likely one of the most difficult business owners I have ever encountered. Ron / Hart Machinery was…read morethe winning bidder on an equipment auction site. When they won the item, they refused to pay. When I filed a complaint with the auction site, Ron contacted me and offered to take it off my hands for less than half their winning bid. When I agreed to absorbing the loss, they again refused saying I would have to take them to court. I realize there are a lot of favorable reviews listed, and he will brag there's nothing I can do. This place is a joke. I needed a lift chair for my dad and this was the closest store to me. The…read moresalesman, Michael Thompson, touted the warrantee and cleaning protection service offered, Guardsman protection, as the best in the business. I bought the chair and my father has used it since. The chair started to have a lean towards one side and we wanted to have the mechanism looked at. I contacted the warranty department and they told me that's just normal wear and tear! Later in the year, the chair had received a number of stains from my parent's animals and I contacted Guardsman. I had to fill out paperwork and send it by mail, take a thousand pictures and also put the claim in on the internet! I completed this outrageous process and eventually, a representative came out; with a spray bottle and paper towels!!! I thought this would be a professional cleaning since I paid for this service but all I got was the equivalent of a Wal-Mart janitor! I would NEVER recommend this store, they are there only to sell snake oil to an unknowing public.
