I placed a grocery order for delivery on 2/15/25 which was scheduled to be delivered on 2/16/25 which was delayed due to weather/drivers. On 2/18/25 I received text stating delivery was on its way, @9:45 am received another text with pic of my delivery in a snow bank beside the road not at my address. Called Meadville store immediately and was informed to call customer care 800 number, in which I did. The rep I spoke with informed me that the driver would be back in 20-30 mins which didn't happen. I have called customer service several times regarding the issue and being told by every rep that refund request has been submitted and have to wait 10 days for refund, this is unacceptable being I am disabled having mobility issues, a compressed immune system and high risk of falls.....this was my groceries for a couple weeks, now without groceries and monies!!! Even with Walmart + membership and still not correcting problems! Disgusted beyond belief read more

I had issues finding where the Cream Cheese was and an associate named Joseph helped me, he was very cheerful and attentive!

Needed upgrades on the phones we purchased through Walmart 3 years prior. Everything went smoothly, or so I thought. My daughter upgraded to a different phone than what I did. Got home and her phone worked perfectly, but my phone wouldn't connect to the network and even on wifi wasn't working. Went back the following day (Sunday) and was told no-one was there to fix the situation. Went back Monday and the person couldn't "get into my account." Had to return a third time and again was told they "Couldn't access my account." Luckily a T-Mobile store was close and after running back and forth, I got a different phone and went on my way. Fast forward 1 week later, I get my T-Mobile bill. The plan I have had for 3 years was changed without discussion or my consent by the Walmart employee. My bill went from $70 to $200. I remember stating more than once that I was very happy with my current plan that had been recommended by a Walmart employee (different person) 3 years before. I now had to spend an hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get this straightened out. Shame on the employee changing my plan without my knowledge, without my consent, and with no discussion. read more

Standard Walmart experience. If you need something important you'll probably be able to find it here relatively cheaply and quickly. Only thing bringing it down is that at times certain produce won't be available. I've had to make due with frozen vegetables or travel further down the road to another store. read more

This is your everyday WalMart joint. The joint was clean and comfortable. The bathroom were clean, I felt secure and no Sea Bass incident. The parking lot sucks eggs. read more

Employees that smell and cry that their being cussed at as soon as they're told that there service sucks as always. Everyone there who wears a smock says they may they're the manager , but they are probably 24 or younger and cry as soon as they're told that their store sucks. I don't shop there unless I have no choice and it always seems to suck more and more. That's why most people use Amazon now. read more

It was bad at first but somehow it got WAY WORSE, how is it that every time I go there now there is barley anything in stock. But the worst of it is that I work second shift and used to go to Walmart every night after work and they had the "genius" idea to start closing. Its not just me either, I had some co workers who went the same time as me. Not to mention every other second shift worker in the area. Their convenient hours were the only reason I was going, but why should I continue to shop here when they fail to carry even the basic of stuff such as water!?! read more

While on the interstate, I need to stop for some mandatory lady supplies and cold medicine. Yeah, I sound like a real pleasant peach, don't I? Well, this Walmart happened to have exactly what I needed in stock. Usually I'm forced to substitute at least ONE thing I'm buying for a different brand or variety, but this was not the case. The aisles and shelves are clean; the aisles were not blocked by families the size of small armies, numerous promotional displays, or abandoned pallets with merchandise. I got what I needed and headed to the register. True to Walmart's style, the lines at the register were long, and the cashier was slow. I got slightly agitated while having to wait, since we were in a bit of a time crunch, but that's not Walmart's fault. read more

When I arrived at Walmart in Meadville there were no charged electric carts. I went through the parking lot and there were four uncharged carts I tried them all to no avail. I even tried one charging on the outside again no luck. It would be nice if a person could be in charged of the electric carts that would make sure it's returned to be charged. I needed two for my family and I had to go to Edinboro to shop. P. S. I looking forward to shopping at Meadville Walmart it's by my home. read more

I would give it four stars, but the prices seem high. But, if you scan your receipt you get a refund if anyone has a better price in the ares. The store itself is pretty nice amd the emplyees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is just excellent. As Walmarts go, this is a great store. read more

Went into Meadville Walmart to exchange an item. They had 1 (ONE) cashier working and a line backed up to register 5! Several customers and myself called the store on our phones and said they would see what they could do. I called and ask for a manager at customer service and no one came. After 20-25 mins in line, I went to another Walmart employee and asked for a manager Again! Finally someone came. He was dress in a blue denim shirt, blue jeans, with his shirt not even tucked in. As a Manager he was a disgrace to the store with his appearance and just kept saying I'm sorry were short staff today!!!! Call someone in!!!! This store is a DISGRACE to this town and I really think they need to up their game! In proud to say where I work our Store Manager will fill in wherever necessary and he dress as a Store Manager. Very proud to have him as a Store Manager that knows what to do when we may be short handed, doesn't avoid his customers, and dresses accordling! read more

Trying to fill our water jugs from the primo refill machine. Incredibly slow. Taking 15 minutes to fill each bottle. Thank God I bought a bunch of grapes to sustain me. read more

My son had a script in there for about a week and a half (as of today.) I was told it would be filled today by 3pm. Its 4 pm, and its not filled. They said it won't be filled till thursday. I called and spoke to someone who said they had the meds in, and it wasn't filled. Would not recommend this walmart to anyone. Go get your scripts filled elsewhere. read more

I have been price matching at Walmart for years. Got to the register today and they would not price match. Sent back 15 dozen eggs. Why was there not a sign on them that they wasn't price matching. I will drive the 2 miles. read more
