Scheduling with Parker was easy. I always like to coordinate through email so I appreciated that…read morewe were able to do that. Parker texted the day before to confirm our appointment. Today awesome Joshua arrived on time and measured for our 13 windows and two doors. He explained the different cell sizes and helped us decide re top/down bottom/up and darkening shades where applicable. He was friendly and fast. He emailed me our quote before leaving. There was no pressure to decide on the spot. The quote is very reasonable and once I review all of the details on it - we plan to place our order. Thank you Joshua!

Unfortunately, I have to rewrite this review because I added more pictures, but as I said in the…read moreoriginal review, I am so grateful to have found Budget Blinds on the Oregon coast. They take care of everybody on the Oregon coast and they are wonderful people. The owner is a dream. She's so kind and understanding and takes care of everything when anything goes slightly off. Parker in the office is awesome and Josh who now works at the other location is wonderful. Only good things to say about everybody there. Deuce came out this last week and put up the skylight blind, which I was so grateful to have because I have been unable to sleep for so long with all that light pouring into my bedroom. The other beautiful blinds you see in the photos are my living room and dining room, which were mid-century. I was holding onto them since the 70s when they came with the house and I was so worried I would not find anything the same or comparable. I was able to match them almost 100% at Budget Blinds. Prices are decent and reasonable with today's inflation and you cannot ask for more. If you don't go here, you are losing out. I will continue to shop here the duration of my time on the coast if I ever need anything else.

Well, this is quite a mouthful of a name "extraordinaire", but I would beg to differ on this one!!…read moreACTUALLY DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE!!!! After a couple mishaps with my original window cleaner of 5 1/2 years having Covid and moving away, however I am going to be working with him again thank God!!! I unfortunately stumbled upon three bears, he LIED about having insurance and waited till the day of to say oh he couldn't find his policy and then he realized his policy was not covering him and he needed to get a new policy. How do you do that when you have a business and you're charging full price like $500 for window cleaning? Please be careful with who you pick make sure they bring out proper paper work actually showing you that they have insurance and licensing that they are covered not just telling you they have insurance. I knew something was wrong because he was having trouble responding to texts and phone calls the day before. He's one of those guys that's really good at acting super nice and oh I'm just such a nice guy. Beware it's better to deal with people who are upfront and maybe a little bit prickly but they have their licensing, insurance and workman's comp together not just charging full price and Scamming people!! I feel really sorry for his customers that think he's such a nice guy and he's giving them a deal. Charging them top dollar and then not even paying for insurance and coverage. Who even knows if he's even paying his taxes to our government?? We are just dumb Americans, I guess ?

My brand new roof that Topline Roofing installed had buckled shingles, damaged ridge shingles with…read moresome installed wrong, broken and split siding and trim, flashing installed wrong, loose nails from the old roof left under the new underlayment, holes in shingles where nails poked through that were just caulked and left to leak later instead of done right the first time. The owners Carlos and Alondra were friendly and responded quickly when I sent pictures of the problems they left me with. They did their best to fix the problems but unfortunately their crew is lacking in quality control because they work way too fast with very poor attention to detail. Look at the picture of the flashing. I decided to fix it myself rather than have them break it up worse. (I'm a retired Contractor) I'll most likely have to reroof this again in a couple years if not sooner because there are probably loose nails from the old roof left under the underlayment elsewhere.
